I asked for a iced vanilla matcha the new one and i the girl was making a hot drink. I double checked with her saying I did say an iced vanilla matcha didnt I and she said ye. She proceeds to give me a hot one. And I said no an iced. She blended matcha in a blender and fired it into a cup and its a cup of froth, 7.50 im fuming. I just walked away because I didnt want to be that customer. I have a 3 quarters cup if matcha since the foam settled. Id attach a photo but it wont let me. Im so angry as the price is so expensive. 20 minutes drive over for that

This relates to Dundalk Drive thru 👎👎👎

This relates to Dundalk Drive thru. Staff there are usually fine with me handing in my Cup I am there almost every night. Tonight I asked again was it ok to give my cup as I just transfer it to it if I get the plastic garbage they offer not needing plastic particle poisoning. Lady who obviously lazy not wanting to do it tells me sorry we dont take cups Ive been doing this nightly for a month by this time. I go round to the window asking which lady it was that took my Order so I could ask to speak with a regular staff member who has no issues with doing this for me. Then a different lady staff member wanted to come out to me to try defend what I thought was unacceptable 😤 don't have a policy of a maybe we will do it either its available or not.

Bad Start, Good end, Still Dissatisfied 👍🏿👍

Me and my boyfriend headed out to Starbucks to catch a quick break from the emotional rollercoaster that is 2004s “The Notebook” starring My favourite Ken Ryan Gosling and Queen Rachael Mcadams. We both noticed initially the lack of racial and sexual diversity of the staff (all white women) and no Kamala Harris tributes and posters Present. We both ordered pumpkin spice lattes for the spooky season. When our pumpkin spice lattes arrived in un reuseable cups we opted to return them. The Male patriorical authority swore at us and threatened us and asked we left the store. We attempted to protest but he got within our personal space and set off my sensory issues which i struggle with on a daily. All was not lost as me and hubby went to costa which was alot more of a diverse environment and pleasant experience. When we returned home that evening we finished the notebook and took turns of apple bobbing out of eachothers sphincters to round off which was an eventful few hours.

Woeful ignorant Starbucks staff member

In Dublin Airport at present. Starbucks at gates 332/335. Horrendous. Staff member behind counter has totally ignored us and 3 other customers for 15 minutes not even acknowledging our presence. All 5 of us put back cakes, sandwiches etc and walked off. Rarely have I encountered such rudeness.

I got a medium oat latte in thd drive thru in Starbucks, Tralee & when I went home the coffee cup was half empty. It was actually only filled to where it says syrup on the cup. The coffee tasted fine but I think if was poor service to only get half a drink.

Naas Starbucks.....

Naas Starbucks.....

Coffee is fine, staff friendly but is there EVER a manager present to guide and lead his/her team? No soap in toilet, SEVERAL tables not cleared, crumbs on various empty tables and chairs....baffling!!
Maybe an email to the Health Board might assist in Starbucks pulling up their socks and taking pride in, what is a lovely coffee stop.

Naas (Kildare) Store: Excellent 👍🏻

Naas (Kildare) Store:
They should be a training centre for excellence in the Starbucks Ireland network. They’ve got the art of making coffee down to the finer details. Along the way, at other branches, I’ve had the experience of sampling mediocre coffee, but never at the Naas store. Always perfect Coffee. Great attitude from the Staff also.

When paying €5 for coffee, it should always be a perfect cup of coffee. Great job, Naas 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

I like the staff but it ends there

I like the staff but it ends there. Am fed up with them hiking their prices in order to keep their executives and share holders happy. They have no sensitivity towards the cost of living and how much the customers are being fleeced everywhere.
The Wi-Fi does not work- only at the till. They say there is free Wi-Fi but it’s a lie - false advertising.
I haven’t even mentioned the toilet !!! Embarrassing
It’s a disgrace and I hope they have to close their stores and it’ll be due to years of ripping off their customers.
I say ‘boycott’ maybe then they’ll begin to treat the customers like customers and not like filth.

Coffee tastes burnt

The only proper coffee available in my area is the Starbucks on my campus. The coffee is horrible and overly pricey. I can barely tolerate the mocha but even the hot chocolate to make it seems to be always out of stock so that's a hit-or-miss order on most days. Despite that, the staff are really friendly and its always clean.

Very Poor for a Brand like this.

Looked online for their opening hours, Starbucks Shannon and it says 7am Monday to Friday. Arranged a meeting for there only to find it closed and a sign on the door saying 10am opening Monday to Friday. Very poor I have to say for such a brand. Just change your online hours, simple.

Starbucks Sutton

Sat drinking a coffee for half an hour surrounded by dirty tables, had to wipe my own table before sitting down, table next to me full of dirty cups and plates, next two tables don’t look like they’ve been cleaned all day.
No customers, two staff stood having a chat
