Delivery was slow - bought product that was in stock, turns out it wasn't in stock. Chased after a week and arrived a few days later. No tracking for parcel, communication could of been better,

Easy to order,very well wrapped, lovely light just wish I had ordered smaller size, not anyone's fault but mine ,mixed up size when I ordered.

Light turned up delayed but was kept informed of the situation. Happy now its fitted and it looks great

We have had numerous emails to try and buy some lights. We received half our order, and are now missing two lights. after literally months of promises of delivery, they continue to not be able to deliver. The phone line doesnt work, and the email replies sporadic. The lights are lovely, but I would not recommend the company to anyone if you are planning a project that has a timeline, or require reliability.

As an update, we now have more lights delivered- all of of the wrong sizes, still hopeful that we will eventually receive the right ones. The phone line continues not to work...

Customer service not good . Lack of communication and hard to contact. They need to sort the phone line out ! The light however when it came is fantastic .We are really pleased .

After reading some of the 1 star reviews I was a little concerned. I shouldn’t have been. After having an issue contacting them when their phone line kept cutting off I contacted them via Instagram. I had a quick response, they fixed the phone problem and the lights arrived within the week. I got courier delivery information and am very happy. I can’t wait to install them and see them in action. My nieces and nephews are going to love playing in the big boxes they came in too.

Avoid, scamming likely. I ordered a light some weeks ago, which was 'in stock'. Apart from the order confirmation and numerous emails chasing, absolutely zero response. Whats also telling is the number given diverts through to a full (ie you cannot leave a message) messaging box, again suspect for a sales line! I therefore assume I am not alone in trying to get an answer. The good news, paid on a credit card and will be processing a full refund.

UPDATE: Changing my intial rating from 1 star to three because of poor communication.

The day after posting the initial review we managed to get through to someone at the company. They apologised again for the service we had [not] received and offered to remedy the situation. Although they still didn't have our initial order in stock, they did offer us an alternative and compensated us for the delays and lack of communication. I was sceptical but true to their word, the new order arrived within two days. I do believe the initial problem was a genuine oversight on their part. Their lights are beautiful and came well packaged and on time. We haven't installed them yet but if all goes well, we would consider supporting this company again.

Initial review: On July 24th, 2021, we placed an order from the starburst-light.co.uk website which said the item was in stock, and that we would receive free, next day delivery. By August 9th nothing had arrived so we telephoned and spoke to the company who apologised for the item not actually being in stock and for not emailing me to inform us the lights were not in stock. They said the items would be in stock by Septmber 9th and sent out by next day delivery, and that we would recieve an email update reflecting this. To date I have received zero items, and zero communication beside the initial order confirmation. When I call today, there is an automated message stating the call will be answered, only for the call to then immediately be ended.

If I get a satisfactory response/result from the company I will amend my review. Otherwise BUYER BEWARE!
