Excellent products fast shipping

The best part was the price. After searching the internet for weeks and missing the boxing day sales prices for the item as I was away on holidays, I could not believe my luck. Delivery was prompt (and free) and after sales service in activating the guarantee was unexpected but much appreciated . Fantastic!

I'm still waiting for Deepak to call me regarding a specific watch we agreed to put on side ...I have been waiting since November ! I only bought a dozen watches there maybe wasn't enough for them to be bothered to contact their customers....also had a problem with a Bausele watch jumping the time, returned came back 6 weeks later apparently nothing wrong. It use to be good something had changed since end of last year

Purchased a new Oris Pro Pilot X 400 which developed a fault within weeks. Despite this, I was required to wait weeks for assessment rather than being offered a refund under Australian Consumer Law. Communication was slow and the process unnecessarily drawn out. Disappointing experience for a premium purchase.
