More than 260 people who had booked their cruises discovered that their money was never sent to the navigation companies.
Well…. They technically stole our money!! Took 17 family members payment (2 of them in full and the rest about 75%) for a Norwegian cruise in Nov-2025 and did not send the money to the cruise line (other than the 1st payment of about 100 dollars per passenger).
They declared bankruptcy a few weeks ago…..
Now we’re just hoping Norwegian Cruises response is favorable in honoring our payments as they veted Star Croisieres as a trustworthy partner agency. 🙏
Our holiday has come to an end, and unfortunately, it is time to share a negative review about the travel agency Star Croisières in Monaco, which sold us a cruise with MSC Cruises.
Madame Simona, who introduced herself as the manager of the agency, treated us with extreme disrespect. We felt discriminated against — even racially — which is absolutely unacceptable in the 21st century.
We are European citizens with dual nationality. Madame Simona clearly overstepped her professional boundaries by demanding explanations about how we obtained our citizenship and insisting that we speak only in the language she deemed appropriate.
According to company policy, we were supposed to receive our cruise tickets 48 hours before departure. However, we only received them 12 hours before, because someone had changed our nationality in the company’s records.
This situation caused us significant stress just before the start of our holiday. We felt exhausted and deeply disappointed. Madame Simona’s actions led to high blood pressure and serious emotional distress.
On the final day, when issues arose with my cruise booking, I called the agency to ask when I would receive my documents. Unfortunately, I received no clear answer. I was simply told I would get everything “by the end of the day,” meaning before 6:00 PM. When I called again at 4:00 PM, they ignored my call and did not answer.
I was forced to contact MSC Cruises directly and request assistance so I could obtain my documents. Only after intervention from MSC’s management did I finally receive my cruise paperwork.
In the service industry, there is no place for individuals with prejudice or disrespectful attitudes toward clients. This woman is clearly not fit for her role, and the management of Star Croisières should take this matter seriously if they care about their company’s reputation and success.
If you don’t want unnecessary stress before your vacation, think carefully before buying a cruise from Star Croisières.
I strongly do not recommend this travel agency.
Nos vacances sont terminées et il est temps de partager, malheureusement, un avis négatif concernant l’agence Star Croisières à Monaco, qui nous a vendu un séjour pour une croisière avec la compagnie MSC.
Madame Simona, qui s’est présentée comme la directrice de l’entreprise, a fait preuve à notre égard d’une attitude extrêmement méprisante. Nous avons ressenti de sa part un comportement raciste, et au XXIᵉ siècle, de telles choses sont absolument inacceptables !
Nous sommes Européens avec une double nationalité. Madame Simona a outrepassé ses fonctions en nous demandant de nous justifier sur la manière dont nous avons obtenu notre nationalité et en exigeant que nous parlions la langue qu’elle avait elle-même choisie.
Selon la politique de l’entreprise, nous devions recevoir nos billets de croisière 48 heures avant le départ. Or, nous ne les avons reçus que 12 heures avant, parce que « quelqu’un » avait modifié notre nationalité dans le dossier de la compagnie.
Cette situation nous a causé un stress considérable à la veille de nos vacances. Nous étions épuisés et déçus. Le comportement de Madame Simona a provoqué chez nous une hausse de la tension artérielle et un fort état de nervosité.
Il est inadmissible que des personnes ayant des préjugés et une attitude méprisante envers les clients travaillent dans le secteur des services. Cette femme n’est clairement pas à sa place, et la direction de l’entreprise devrait en être consciente si elle tient à l’image et au succès de son activité.

The staff was very helpful the ocean view on upper deck cabin was quiet inimspiring
I wrote a whole coffee table book in three languages. This is to say it was a unique experience. This is why we are doing it again this summer.

Star Croisiers is the most appalling, deceitful company we have ever had to deal with. We are still waiting for a full refund, how can you call yourself cruise experts and travel agents when you haven't a clue about what paperwork people need and worse still you do not care. I want my money back, you stole 4,000 euros from me and my family.
