Terrible customer service!
They promise you one thing and give the nothing in return for your money. They work with the worst shippers in the world to cut cost and they claim to have no responsibility on the matter when you tell them that you never got your item you spent hundreds of dollars on. There’s no point in doing anything right if your customers don’t even receive what you send. To use usps means to have 0 care for your customers. They are not a real shipper.
