I placed an order on the 14th February and I'm still waiting for it to arrive. I inquired about it's delivery on the 24th February and was told it was in the couriers hands. I order a fair bit of stuff online and have had no issues with shipping from other online stores during the same period. It's a bit rude asking for a review when I haven't even received the product yet.

I am assuming you're referring to an order placed on the 22/08/2021 for an Aerobic Stepper. If this is the case you're item was dispatched on the 24/08/2021 and tracking details we're emailed to you. I have looked at the tracking through Australia post and can see the delivery ETA is 02/09/21 - 06/09/2021. Unfortunately all couriers are experiencing delays at the moment due to covid so delivery times are longer than usual.

Great customer service and high quality Australian Products
Purchased the Australian made combo squat rack. Excellent build quality. Holds very steady when used.
Also purchased a Bench Press+dip bar set. Not as great. Contacted the team and they generously allowed for an exchange. Paid a bit extra and bought the Australian Made dip bar attachment instead.
I highly recommend paying the little bit extra for the Australian products. Quality is infinitely better. Will definitely use Star Fitness Productions for all future equipment. Thank you.

Great Budget Friendly Bench

I purchased squat rack from Star…
I purchased squat rack from Star Fitness on the 9th of April it has only just arrived on the 28th. They had problems with the courier.
Upon opening the packaging the paint was the worst I've seen in a while Inconsistent chipped missed parts and rust.
Safety bars are so small they look useless.
No protective padding on the j hooks
The product is very poorly done. Products from China are better and this was made in Aus ???
I will never shop with Star Fitness again
Even the Managers attitude needs to be fixed like their crap product.

Again we're sorry to hear that damage has occurred to the paint and you are unhappy with your product. We have sent you an email regarding returns and refunds.
The rack and safety arms you ordered are manufacturer by us and as the website states require a 1 - 2 week manufacturing lead time. The lead time for delivery was the 23rd of April however an unexpected issue occurred with the Courier delaying delivery by 5 days. Our Manager called you to apologise for the delay and provided you with a 60% refund of delivery costs.
The items you purchased are manufactured in our warehouse from Australian steel and powder coated by a premium Australian powder coater, both items were built to the specifications stated on our website. We do offer custom made items and would have been happy to make you larger safety arms upon enquiry.
