I love my new hearing aids

I love my new hearing aids. The ability to control and customize my usage via the app makes it so much easier for me to hear in different situations. I also love that I can stream music and watch videos on my phone without interfering with others around me. These are the best aids I have ever used! If I could give you 10 stars I would. Also, my representative Doug Suarez went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect this time.

Pickert Hearing

Tony at Pickert Hearing showed definate personal interest in my hearing issues and was very thorough and detailed.
As a suggestion, change the aids color of the more visible body and anttenna to more of the flesh color rather than red and blue. Possibly have only the inner most tip colored. This would make the aids less noticable.

These 1600 Starkey hearing aids cost…

These 1500 Starkey hearing aids cost 3000 dollars and have been nothing but trouble. I’ve had them almost 3 years and the left on has been sent back to factory 3 times for repairs. The right was fixed 1 time. When ever some calls me or I call them they can’t hear me unless I change my phone to speakerphone then it’s hard for me to hear them. You would think I could get a loaner pair while waiting for them to come back from the repair shop but no. I go half death for 2 weeks!

Comfortable and work well

Experience has been good in that I can hear better and not saying "what" all the time. So comfy I forget quite often to remove them at night.

Love my hearing aids

Love my hearing aids. Easy to put on and so comfortable, I forget I’m wearing them. I especially like using them to hear my phone calls more clearly.

Best possible experience

Five stars for the dedicated, knowledgeable, thoughtful and professional help provide by Mr Alan Kelso to ensure that my hearing aids, and my ability to hear clearly in all settings were the best experience possible.
Mr. Kelso gave freely of his time and attention in fine-tuning the settings of the devices, and to help me clearly understand the intricacies of the applications. I could not have felt better helped or cared about, and my hearing has been greatly improved by the Starkey hearing aids.

My audiologist

My audiologist, Jonathan, was patient and very through. I am very pleased with the custom settings he has created. It’s nice to be able to have my hearing improved.

These are the best hearing aids I have…

These are the best hearing aids I have ever had. I can hear sounds that i haven't heard in years. for example humming birds chirping and there wing movement. Thank you for the great improvement in the quality.

Meh!

Meh.
They are not a big help. I still have to use the subtitles on TV. Aside from helping “a bit” in restaurant situations, I do believe I have wasted my money. These were supposed to be top of the line models and change my life. Not so at all.
