I really like them, they are better than the previous version I had. I actually gave up on them about 1 year ago. In Fairness though, it turned out that’s big part of my problem was fluid behind my... See more

On the upside - I love my new aids. They really enhance my lifestyle. The audiologists behind the scenes are excellent at taking my input and creating hearing programs that work for any situation.
On the downside - streaming through the hearing aids and mics from my computer or my phone is cumbersome to set up, swap between, and customize. I've noticed that you're trying to work on this, but as of yet, there are still some issues that need to get addressed. Like: longer phone notifications (which I'm sure is an Android issue) or a full-size pop-up for phone calls so I can switch off the aid's mic easily when needed --- and it's always needed because the aid's mics cause awful echo or faraway audio for the person on the other end of the phone. This results in the fact that you have to turn off the mics and still hold the phone up to your mouth so the person on the other end of the phone can hear you. This makes me miss my earbuds. So, I've taken to having to swap back and forth between them and the aids if I'm listening to music or a video or if I'm trying to actually hear the rest of the world.
Back to the upside, I love them none-the-less, and I recommend them and the company whole-heartedly.

Lots of instructions with options & changing over from using batteries to charging appliance. Audiologist was very knowledgeable regarding how to use earphones.

They work really well, I really like the app. That is on my phone. I recive quite a few updates that help me learn more all the time. I really love that I can change the audio, like if your watching TV, in a meeting, out side if it's windy or calm, at a restaurant, having a one on one (personal) conversation. They really change the sound and leave our the other noises. The only thing I've had issues with is myself getting used to having them in and some times I find myself checking my ears when they are out . But it is getting better. It also keep track of my exercise, walking, standing, everything. How long I have them in. The app really has alot on it and together they work so good.
Thank you.

Although they seem to work well when that are in my ears, You are limited to just a few programs and choosing different programs cannot be done completely by the user and requires calls to vendor. Carry case does not recharge or shut off the device when they are placed in the case unless it is plugged in to recharge. This is very inconvenient if you don't wear the hearing aids all the time. When you remove them and put them in the case, they stay connected to your smartphone. You can it up so the press a button shuts them off, but because the carry case is so big, it is inconvenient to take it with you to hold them if you do remove them. The you need to put them loose in a pocket. Not well thought out.

They work pretty well as hearing aids but disappointing bluetooth operation, rendering them almost useless due to poor connection.

Personnel are not rushed and are attentive to requests for deep understanding of the technology and the progress being made to adjust hearing aids to suit my preferences.

They work!
I can hear so much better! I’m still adjusting to the physical part of having them in my ears and behind my ears. They slip out a bit often. Then, between glasses, the occasional mask wearing and tucking hair behind my ears…it’s a lot. However, it’s all definitely worth it. If I had known I may have picked the devices that sit inside the ear instead of the one with the “box” in back.

I love my Starkey Audibels! I also would never go back to Miracle Ear- both reasons have to do with the excellence of the Audibel hearing aids & the outstanding service from my Starkey technician. Excellent product. Was referred to the Starkey by someone who had tried 3 different well-known brands before finding the Audibel model of Starkeys. Couldn't be happier!
