Very happy with your product

Very happy with your product. This is my second set. The first ones I gave up after 7 years only because I wanted an upgrade due to newer technology

Disappointed

I love my hearing aids. I am very disappointed that my husband and I are unable to have our hearing aids connected to our phones. Only one set of hearing aids per Apple account.

Great hearing aids!

Lovely people to work with. Hearing aids work great.
LOVE the Telehearing option. The nearest in person location for my provider is 2 1/2 hours away so the Telehearing option is fabulous.

Wish the charger would charge without being plugged in so I didn't have to take an extra charging cable when traveling.

The hearing aids are waterproof

The hearing aids are waterproof, a big plus! My "old" aids were not and had to be dehumidified every night. Sound quality is good but I wish they could be adjusted by cell phone. I'd buy them again.

Not happy with product

I am not extremely happy with these hearing aides. Sometimes one will come off my ear when putting my eyeglasses on or taking off (changing glasses) or if on phone the hearing part in back of ear comes off and is then hanging there. Also I have static occasionally in one ear or the other. Very annoying. Also I am not able to hear clearly in a crowded environment.

BOUGHT TOP OF THE LINE AND EXPECTED MORE

My previous hearing aids were at least fifteen years old. I thought that new technology would have more of an impact on my hearing then these did. Perhaps less expensive options would have worked just as well. BUT these were the only ones that my insurance helped pay for.

I basically like the hearing aides

I basically like the hearing aides, but I don’t like that they don’t work on my phone and iPad simultaneously. I also don’t like that sometimes one goes out and I have to stop what I’m watching to reconnect it. Also, it’s hard to push the buttons on them. They keep slipping out of my fingers.
