The overnight storage case is a piece of **** - sharp edges, no exterior light to show unit is charging, etc. Not anywhere near the quality of the previous unit.

Starkey Hearing aids

Well my mother had a Starkey that functioned top notch for over 35 years that alone tells me Starkey is the best
Then after I had all these so called best ones I finally got a Starkey and these are genuine hearing aids
The sounds are clear not staticky like the others
I wear them to listen to music

I'm disappointed

I'm disappointed. Background noise drowns out conversation and phone calls are hard to understand. I used to enjoy music but now it's just noise.

First battery life is very poor

First battery life is very poor. Second the hearing aids keep trying to fall out of my ears. One hearing aid requires more maintenance than the other.

Customer service is not great

I don’t feel my hearing aid specialist helps me enough, taxes were charged on my hearing aids and my EOB from my insurance said I am not expected to pay taxes on them. I called to report several issues, no one followed up with me yet. Took several days to reach someone by phone. I am not impressed at all with customer service there. I do have another appointment in January with someone else, but at the same office. Hopefully I will get someone to help me.
