I received a call that I owed money which I didn’t and it was rectified immediately .I was told that I had Onstar free for 96 months when I purchased my 2025 XT6 but it was not explained that it was just the basic package and I wouldn’t of known the difference anyways .Like I said it was handled satisfactorily in the end .

I was a service provider
I was a service provider, registered in New Zealand and never got one genuine lead. What’s worse is that they charged me a fee without clear warning. Very poor customer service too.
