Fraudulent platform!!
Fraudulent platform with shady practices. Stay away.
I would give zero stars if possible. The service itself is poor. Despite clearly specifying the services I offer, I kept receiving irrelevant client requests. That means I was visible to the wrong audience, which wasted time for both me and the clients, because it had nothing to do with my expertise.
Their fees are very high for the actual value provided, if any.
But what’s worse is this: I originally subscribed for just one month, assuming I could cancel anytime, like on most platforms (within 24 hours). Not with them. You need to cancel at least two weeks before the end of the billing period, or you’ll be charged for the full next month.
They make it incredibly difficult to escape ongoing charges. I ended up being billed for several months, even though I was actively trying to quit. But their cancellation process is full of technical obstacles: your email, credit card, billing address (they have 15-20 questions) everything has to match exactly. If anything is inconsistent (which is common if you have multiple emails, cards, work vs office addresses), they delay your cancellation, and continue charging you.
Then, months after I had no active subscription and no longer lived in Switzerland, they charged me again, twice!! without any notice or confirmation. They had silently changed their Terms & Conditions and used that as a justification to bill even inactive accounts for things like “maintenance” and “visibility.”
You’ll see this same experience echoed in many one-star reviews on Trustpilot and elsewhere. Like me, none of us agreed to those new terms. It’s extremely shady, unethical, and it feels like stealing.
They refused any refund. This company is cheating people. Avoid at all costs.
It’s not a trustworthy platform.
Much better to use a service that actually brings value.
