Buying from starpets is great, its easy to add money to your account and pets are fairly cheap and it's 100% trustworthy although on the other hand trying to sell on the website is atrocious, I cannot link my account whatsoever to sell my items, this is a problem that I have noticed has been happening to a lot of people, I think before they updated the starpets website they had a system which worked perfectly fine but I couldn't even link my account via the password or cookies option it kept just failing and the customer support isn't good either, I enquired early hours of the morning and they just ignored me so I messaged back an hour later, still nothing... I then message back 4 hours later and then someone finally messages me I don't see until 15 minutes later and they have closed my ticket and when I tried to open a new one it was closed!!! I have being trying to resolve this for 2 days now and its driving me crazy, this is a ongoing problem that has been happening for months and starpets is doing nothing in their power to fix it.
