Absolute scammers. They don't send the product and don't refund. They only accept bank transfer which cannot be reversed.
Consumer Warning – proceed with extreme caution
Based on my experience, I would not recommend dealing with this company. I was asked to transfer money directly into their account for off-grid and related products. After payment was made, the goods were never delivered.
When I followed up, the responses were misleading and responsibility was denied. Despite repeated attempts, I did not receive what I paid for.
I understand the company and its directors are currently under investigation. If you have had a similar experience, I strongly encourage you to report it to ASIC so consumer harm is properly documented.
Be cautious when reading highly positive reviews and take time to read detailed reviews from customers who have paid and not received their orders before engaging with this business.
Absolutely criminal. These guys know exactly what they are doing. From what appears to be a genuine website they sucker people in by what appears to be initially a bargain. I paid $339 for a Atem 60 Ah dcdc charger and got a $30 solar panel charge instead. That was three weeks ago. No phone contact, No email. Please be super careful and avoid any business dealings with these sociopaths. Really disappointing just before Xmas. Went directly to my bank for a charge back. Seriously the reviews at 2.8 is totally contrived and fake. Please dont trust this. Go to an objective site for a proper review
Believe all the bad reviews. Same story here, received wrong panels sent them back (at my cost), waited for weeks for correct panels which never showed. I cancelled the order they accepted a refund will be issued that never came. They are very crafty how they fill you with confidence of their system. Like issuing ticket numbers & forwarding info onto various departments, gives you the impression that they are a huge well organised business.
My saga went on for 4 months & in the end I got my money back through my bank via “chargeback Credit” Please go see your bank if you want any chance of seeing your money again.
The biggest scammers you will ever unfortunately meet. They have fake website and take your money
But no goods will ever be delivered.
