False advertising

If I could give this company a zero, I would. A month and a half ago, I ordered a willow tree shepherd, camel and stable animals for my nativity set. This week, I received a small crushed package containing two broken figurines that bore no resemblance to items I ordered. Shepherd was about 3.5” I have been in communication with customer service. While pleasant enough, they will not refund my $40 - only offered to resend the item or refund $6, both of which are completely unacceptable, although small refund is better than nothing. Please do not waste your time and money on this company. I wish I hadn’t.
