I was a fool and ordered 2 of these pieces of junk!!!!! We charged one and the propeller does not work! I have tried to reach out to customer service, they hang up on me! Forget emailing them, it says my order number is incorrect and there is something wrong. I now have 2 heartbroken 5 year old grandsons that just wanted a drone for Christmas and all they got was a cheap piece of plastic!!!! I will be going to my bank to report them

They don't deserve 1 star. Everyone else said it for me. Everyone on here went through the same thing. Scam!

Ordered the Starship drone and received a cheap k9 drone instead. Emails and phone calls have gone unanswered. I’m disputing the charge on my credit card as fraud.

ordered the starhip starscope drone and sent me a k9 drone. SCAM!. This company should be sued out of existence

Awful. I made numerous attempts to reach someone and tried the chat many times. The phone number connects, and you hit an option, and it disconnects.

Hello, I've attempted multiple times with the chat and was told that someone would reach out to me about returning the product. Then, I was trying to track down my order since it had not arrived, and I had not received a tracking number. A few days later, I got a tracking number. What arrived was not what I ordered. I got an eBay knockoff K9 drone, not a Starship drone by Starscope. The person in the chat, CS, said they were the same, and I was to ignore that the name and packaging were different, the drones are the same. I found both and they are not the same! When I said that, he disconnected the chat. I started the chat again, and then he said, CS, it was being escalated and mgmt. would be reaching out. Well, I've heard this before and no one reached out then, so no one will reach out this time is how I feel. I'm reporting this as fraud to my bank. I bought a product and what was delivered is not what I ordered and doesn't have the same features. 2nd, I've contacted Fox News, Moring Show, where this device was featured, to report that what arrived was not the product advertised on their show. This needs to be made right. Send me the drones I ordered or a full refund as advertised on your site, and you pay for the shipping return.

Just got my starscope monocular ×3... trash! Better off with binoculars. Reading reviews an it's just disgusting. What a rip off. I'll do better with research next time. What a joke...

SCAM ALERT THIS COMPANY DUPLICATED MY CARD BEFORE I AUTHORIZED A PURCHASE

Starscope Starship Drone I order wasn't the drone I odered they sent me Shadow X Drone that cost $15 on Ebay. Somebody Isn't being honest.

Ordered the Starship starscope drone on 10/21/2024. I did a google search before purchase and saw an issue mentioning problems with starscope binoculars but thought this was related to a different company....my bank account purchase said purchased from gadgets.com which I had purchased successfully from once before so I wasn't concerned. Wrong!! I see now that problems with the Starscope drone are mentioned here. Anyway I did receive an email confirming purchase and another on tracking. I received it quickly on 10/25 but as soon as I opened the zipper case , it was not packaged like a new unit. The drone feet showed significant wear and the remote has a very scratched screen, no plastic protector on it . Everything looked like it had been used and repackaged. Just for confirmation, I tried to charge the drone batteries, and one charged . I have filled out the Contact form on their site to follow return procedures 3 times and no response yet after 3 days . Just sent one last request for Return instructions and if no response in 48 hrs I will be filling a dispute with my Bank. But here is the gotcha ...their return policy says you have 30 days to return but they won't accept a return of the Drone is not unused ! So if you received a Used drone , your Screwed ! This is a scam ! Don't buy the Starship starscope drone!!! Even the Google search reviews on this item like Tech Bullion appear to be part of the scam as they all have pretty much the same write up details and links to the starscope.com site. Also I should have known when ordering on their site , this posted an online flash note or banner message showing who has just purchased from what state . Who does this ?? Red flag... Live and learn .

Do not order from these people. They are scammers. I ordered two drones from them and they sent me the order confirmation but never sent me a tracking number or the items ordered. I have called and e-mailed them. One person named Nikko responded asking me for more information. I sent it but the person never acknowledged receipt nor ever responded at all. So the money is gone out of my account and no product received. I repeat: do not buy from these scammers.

The scope is not what they say, its no different than any other binoculars and its over priced for just binoculars that does not do anything special.I was very dissapointed in the product.So i would not recommend these at the expensive price it is. I am wanting a refund and sending them back.

This company has got to be from out of the United States most likely China. They're ripping us off. This product is definitely a scan. Do not Order Take our warning.Well, you're mouth.It is terribly money.There's plenty cause you're not gonna see nothing.Come back in the mail.They are going to rip you off

Absolute scam.
Bought in Dec and item never turned up, just lots of auto responses to emails.
Really wish I had read reviews first.

A scam, contacted them to see why my order was and received an automated response. This was in December 23. Still receiving the same automated response. No contact number and PayPal have been useless. Spent £50 and nothing to show for it.

i would give zero stars if i could. received the scope which was basically rubbish. i had also ordered the phone mount and this never arrived. every request came back with the same automated email saying they were looking into it, even when i wrote gobbledigook.

I agree with everyone else. Really snazzy advert which makes the product seem extremely believable. When it arrives you realize you have been had. Cheap nasty rubbish. Asked for refund, they offer you a discount which I refused, then you get an address in Belgium to send back at great expense and never hear from them again! Marvelous.

Totally misleading advertising (for example it shows a really massive zoom capability and talks of 'superzoom' - it doesn't zoom. Adverts show a 45 angle of view and then write 5 deg next to it).

I should have heeded the warning signs with the massive hard sell. But I was a fool.

When the product arrived it was really poor. The performance is worse than my cheapest binoculars and the field of view is TINY.

I tried to return it but they have a policy of obfuscation. They pretended not to know my order number (they did), then they pretend not to know my location (they did), then they said they have to transfer the request from the Returns Team to the management.

Meanwhile they keep apologising and sending copies of the T&Cs (to intimidate me perhaps?).

Now they are not talking to me.
