I accidentally placed 3 bets on the wrong race of a formula one event not knowing they have 2 different races and even though I have given them 2 days notice in which to cancel the bets they won't do so. Very poor customer service for a company I have been with over 4 years.

Do not sign up with this bookies when you try and withdraw they will suspend your accounts and ask for documents. They don’t reply once documents are sent and won’t release your money until they verify the documents. Do not deposit you either lose money through the site gambling or not getting it back when you try and withdraw

Very good website and customer services seem very good nice odds on offer and good selection of bets.very fast payouts.the only issue is never get any free spins or free bets dropped into account all the other sites do this.

Don't use them; they blocked my account with funds still in it and won't return emails or refund. Haha, Robocop needs to get out of the 80s and stop pretending he's a real customer. Clear as day, they are blocking accounts and not returning emails. I, for one, have informed the Gambling Commission and suggest everyone with the same issue does the same.

Terrible Channel that pauses randomly during games for times up to 5-10 mins . Missed the last 10 mins of the game. Do not trust this channel just straight scammers

This so called company are thieves. I deposited money onto their website placed a bet then I was blocked due to me not realising I had a previous account. I asked for my money to be refunded and they refused. Thats stealing and its against the law. I will be going to the gambling commission.

When looking for an online betting company to use i came across starsportbetting. When seeing the app it promised £30 in free bets if I deposited £10. So I did this. However when looking for the £30 free bets,they were nowhere to be seen. I went onto their site and chatted with their customer support. They said that i did not have a promo code. There was NO mention of a promo code needed. When replying to their email they said that there were no promotional bonuses at this time. So I asked again about the free bets and said I dont have any? Its disappointing that although they can clearly see the £10 deposit, they refuse to give me ANY signing up reward. I can see why they only rate at 1.2 on trust pilot. I will now uninstall their app and look elsewhere. Very disappointed.

So I've decided to downgrade my review from 5 down to 2 stars. So here's my story.

Joined and had multiple wins with quick withdrawals, however, like all the other sites this is how they reel you in. You join, you win, you withdraw. When you continue with your play you have spin after spin after spin with very few bonuses and when you do the payout is very low.

The only positive is that the withdrawal process is very quick

Total scam and break own rules. Happy to take deposits but refuse to return winnings. I selfexcluded and they refuse to return my available funds depsite clearly stating in their own terms they will. AVOID!

Shocking site do not use looks good games good but no chance of win or bonus

I saw a link for a bet £50 get £25 free bet offer, went on the site and said that had expired, was now bet £20 and get £10 which comes as 2 £5 free bets one is 24 hours after the other, managed to bet one and the other had somehow expired, chat were clueless and were telling me it’ll be credited later today which makes no sense as would be 48 hours later and already says expired. Waste of time and just lost £20 for nothing

I was going to deposit into this new account but after reading the reviews I’ve decided not to touch them!
Thanks guys 80% is a massive negative!
