goods not received.... did have some emails from them....offering 50% off other goods, i declined then told i couldnt get all of the refund..i declined again asking for full refund and told them what i thought...not heard back...

They are a bunch of scammers. DO NOT order from them. Ordered a treadmill and never got it. They said they would refund me my money back. I never received it and they have stopped responding. They are a bunch of liars and thieves

I ordered a walking pad on June 9th and never got it! It was for 49.99. I also tried to email them and the email bounced back like it did not exist. I had to call my bank to dispute the charge. Do not order anything from here!

I wish I can give this company a negative one. They are a scam. I never received the treadmill that I ordered in late June. They claimed it was delivered. I never got it. Fortunately, I disputed it and my bank gave me back my money. I did email them and they responded talking about they resent the item to me and allow 15-25 days for delivery. Well it’s now 28 days and still don’t have it and they won’t provide a tracking number. Bogus.

Total scam!! Ordered the beach buggy and they sent an ugly scarf with no info of where it came from. I’m surprised this was advertised on Facebook.

I ordered a treadmill on June 30th paid 50.98 dollars still haven't received went into my receipt and they said no or found. Obviously these people are scammers and I am going to notify Facebook where I found them

I ordered a treadmill from Starstormx on 5-14-2023. Product didn't arrive after 5 weeks. Emailed them and they said they would reimburse me within 7 t0 10 working days. It is now 8-9-2023 and have not received my money.

Do not buy from this company! It’s a total scam and wish I had read reviews first. I ordered and paid for a treadmill and received a phone charger. No response from customer services.

SCAM...tried to buy a treadmill and it never came!!

Ordered the beach wagon for $49.99. Received a confirmation number on June 16, 2023. Looked up the order number, says it can't be found! Trying to contact customer support asking for a full refund. No response. I received a mobile phone charging cord from someone I have no idea why? Will be contacting my credit card company to dispute the charge. Total scam!!

If I could give zero stars I would. Never received item. When tracked it said was in my city then undelivered and back in California now for a week no movement. When trying to contact customer support thru email and phone it was undeliverable and out of service!! Complete scam

Placed an order for a beach cart on June 18th. Received one email ever with an order number.
Saying it will arrive within 7-15 days. Waited 4 weeks, no shipment yet. Checked order status and now it says Order cannot be found. Attempted to email but no response yet. Interestingly, a couple weeks ago we received a scarf with an ugly design in the mail that we definitely did not order. Now I think it might be related to this.

I placed an order on June 16th for the treadmill and as of 7/19 I still haven't received my merchandise. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering because I believe the company is a scam. I have sent 3 emails but no response. Should I report them to the better business bureau. These companies from China are scamming people. It's unethical and shameful.

I ordered the treadmill on June 5 ,2023 and never received it . Notified them about the situation and was told to give it a few more days . Notified them 2 days ago and they responded today 7/18 that it was delivered . Such a shame .
