False Advertising: Data Center IPs sold as "Residential IPs"

I purchased their proxy service specifically for "Residential/ISP" IPs as advertised on okkproxy.com. However, after technical verification (using IPinfo and Scamalytics), the IPs provided were flagged as Data Center/Business types, not authentic residential broadband.

When I requested a refund based on this clear discrepancy between the product description and the actual service, their support flatly refused. This is a clear case of false advertising and poor business ethics. If you are looking for real residential proxies for social media or sensitive tasks, stay away. They will give you "dirty" data center IPs and keep your money.
