Bathroom refurb

Bathroom refurb , ....floor, new toilet shower ect ....

Products where good ....thanks to md osheas .......then the problems ...
Tried to sneak in 10k of extras ....turned out 2k ish......heating system....faulty ( pressured tank and components) ....plumbers used by them ....gangster and tried to tell me my heating system wasnt zoned the way I described it ( having used it previously for the last 8 years )
Skip forward.....chipped tiles , smeared silicone, failed silicone...extractor for the bathroom placed into roof space ...not connected...love the black mould up there now ...( cost for another contractor to fix)
Just over all gangsters ....lads that do t speak English ( so no communication)with no skills...just on day rate ....would rather have bought a bucket for a fiver and used it ....avoid !
