Lying bludgers.
It’s been appalling for years. Constantly lying about attempted deliveries when I’ve been home the entire time. They fill out the cards in advance in case they have a busy day and then dump the mail at the closest post office. When they do actually deliver, they just chuck it on the ground where it can get rained on or stolen and then leave my gate wide open. Absolute rubbish service. I would give less than 1 star if I could.
No attempts to deliver - ONLY LIES
I receive medication monthly and have never had it delivered successfully with Startrack. I always receive a failed delivery notice when they never got out of their truck. I know because someone was home and security camera shows the delivery wasn't attempted.
I'd hazard a guess the drivers even go to our address but straight to the post office. They lie and basically steal. They are fraud. I pay for this delivery so I don't have to go to the post office because I'm at work and can't get there.
I'm disgusted by this company and frankly would be delighted if they went out of business.
Worst courier company
Worst courier company. Drivers lie constantly about attempting to deliver parcels while we have security camera evidence that they haven't. Do not use.
Appalling delivery service
My parcel was collected from sydney 4pm Wed. It arrived in canberra at 2am thursday. Then logged at fyshwick facility at 9.50am thursday . It sat there for 21hrs before being logged at hume distribution centre 7.15am friday. By 7.30am it was logged again and it was now on its way back to fyshwick arriving at 8.44am Friday??
Now it won't be delivered till Monday!?!?
8hrs from pickup in Sydney to Canberra then approx 110hrs hrs delayed in canberra before supposed delivery. Absolutely useless inefficient keystone cop delivery service!!!!!!!!!!!

I’ve never left a bad review for any company in my life. But after dealing with StarTrack’s investigations team, specifically a case manager named Agur Benjamin, I feel like I’ve been forced into it out of principle, even if it reaches one person who has the option to use another courier.
Parcel lost, avoids calls. Promises call-backs but never does. Last time she promised a 10:30 am callback for the following day. I asked if I should add it to my calendar as every other time she didn’t call back. She said yes this time I will.
Ends up not even working that day.
If you use StarTrack, do so at your own risk. And if they inevitably lose your parcel and you’re unlucky enough to be assigned Agur as a case manager, immediately demand someone else or expect your parcel never to be found and nobody to do anything.
StarTrack’s service is absolutely…
StarTrack’s service is absolutely ridiculous. They pretend to deliver packages, claiming they couldn’t find the recipient or that the address is wrong, when the address is clearly correct and displayed multiple times. They get paid to provide a delivery service, yet they clearly do not take their responsibilities seriously. Packages could easily be left in the designated parcel box at any mailbox, but instead they make excuses and waste customers’ time. The quality of their work is shockingly poor and completely unacceptable. This is not just bad service.. it’s pathetic. Strongly not recommended.
Do not ever purchase from anyone who uses StarTrack / Australia Post
What an absolute joke of a company.
The levels of incompetence is astounding! They are happy to take yoru money for a same day delivery, then give you the timeframe of when it will arrive and then just completely not care about when they deliver. Then you have to speak to the office, well that is just as incompetent as the drivers. They all just dont give a f*%k. Save yourself the grief, just dont use them!
I’d give them a 0 rating I would
I’d give them a 1 if I could, auspost used to be slow enough but now since these guys have taken over parcels it is absolutely ridiculous, parcels sitting t depos for 3-5 days not moving due to useless sorters and a flawed way of sorting and delivering parcels.
Any smart business would refuse to send via them and use smaller couriers.
Only way to stop these useless big places is to boycott.

I live in an apartment building with a significant number of wheelchair-bound residents, and also a cohort of older, less mobile citizens. We get deliveries perfectly fine from Amazon, Deliveroo, and other contractors, but Star Track have for years have been inconsiderate, unprofessional, and downright lazy. I regularly see delivery blue cards dumped in the mail room. I personally had a driver pretend he could not hear me through the intercom. The company must either hire drivers incapable of understanding written instructions on packages, are only allowing them a few seconds to deliver the nominated parcel, or both. An atrocious way to treat customers, and Australia Post deny any responsibility for their appalling practices. How on earth did they get the contract to act on behalf of Australia Post?
Why do I pay for express postage when you make me wait
Every couple of months they lie saying its coming today but so far nothing stop lying to people if you actually spoke the truth then you would be more liked but you god damn lie and im done with it i get my medication delivered and its kot good when this happens and you make me wait all weekend not cool not happy $##@ star track
Unacceptable delays with medication delivery – no accountability
I ordered prescription medication on Wednesday, July 23, with express shipping via StarTrack. It was shipped the next day, Thursday, July 24. It is now Monday, August 4, and my delivery is still missing.
I’ve contacted StarTrack multiple times and they keep saying it’s “under investigation,” but they refuse to declare the parcel lost until a full 10 business days have passed—even though it was due over a week ago. That means I’m left without access to essential medication, simply because they won’t officially acknowledge what’s already obvious: it’s gone.
Their delay in taking accountability is causing a cascade of issues. Until they confirm the parcel is lost, I can’t access a replacement from the pharmacy. After that, I still have to wait for a refund and reorder, and then wait again for delivery. It could be three weeks without vital medication—all because StarTrack won’t escalate or act with any urgency.
This isn’t just inconvenient. It’s unsafe. If you rely on timely deliveries for health-related items, be warned: StarTrack does not treat those deliveries with the care, urgency, or transparency they deserve.
didn't even attempt to make delivery
1 time they delivered without issue. the other times they stole some of my medicine blatantly and the other times didn't even attempt to make delivery. it's also an easy delivery so there is no excuse for such dodgy service. got injured getting my delivery that they didn't even attempt to deliver. confirmed by auspost they didn't even attempt it.
Worst delivery service I’ve ever dealt…
Worst delivery service I’ve ever dealt with. Incredibly slow, no updates, and constant false promises to call back — which never happens. Same package, same address, same sender, same receiver — the second shipment was delayed with endless, ridiculous excuses. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional.
Just choose different service you will save you money, time and nerve. Thank me later
Thanks for my damage product even…
Thanks for my damage product even though the box was clearly marked handle with care. The box was damaged and my product was broken. Your service is shit.

Startrack workers absolutely suck
Startrack workers absolutely suck.
Claiming they “cant deliver” because of a hazard?
Just pure laziness and zero care factor.
Terrible experience. Would give a zero out of 5 if i could
Faulty delivery times and support is no helpful
There delivery messages and updates dont mean a thing i was getting medication delivered they would send you a message at 8.16 that your package is being delivered at 755 to 955 meanwhile they attempt to deliver at 8.06 i checked the website at 734 says delivery in 2 more days then 745 they load it up and trie to deliver at 806 now I got to walk to the closest post office pissing down rain...after calling support and trying to understand him over the 50 other people in his background i was told its my fault for not being home
Inaccurate service
Inaccurate service - failure to deliver on time, tracking service is useless ( when your parcel has not turned up on time it's still shows DAYS later it's on time!) medication being delivered delayed causing great distress and physical suffering. Customer service will tell you the tracking is only a guide, yet when put on hold for 10minutes it's says it's an up to date system with minute by minute updates. FALSE ADVERTISING and FALSE PROMISES to customers.
Will be asking medical service to use different provider.
Enough is enough - This is my true and personal experience with this company on multiple occasions
Terible
They are the worst ever! How can we stop the sender from using this?!
They provide an incorrect tracking number and do not deliver the items.
