My experience with MinoCasino was…
My experience with MinoCasino was honestly very disappointing. At first, the platform looks modern and appealing, but once you actually start using it, the issues quickly become obvious.
The biggest problem is withdrawals. Deposits go through instantly, but when it comes to taking your money out, the process becomes extremely slow and complicated. Many users, including myself, had withdrawals stuck for days with no clear explanation.
Customer support is another major downside. Responses are slow, often generic, and don’t really solve the problem. It feels like you’re being ignored rather than helped.
The bonus terms are also very confusing and seem intentionally unclear. Wagering requirements are high and difficult to meet, making it very hard to actually withdraw any winnings.
There are also reports of technical issues like glitches, slow gameplay, and even games freezing during spins, which makes the experience even more frustrating.
Overall, MinoCasino feels unreliable. While the design and game selection may look good on the surface, the slow payouts, weak support, and unclear terms make it hard to trust. I would not recommend it to anyone looking for a fair and smooth online casino experience.

Yet another dreadful customer service…
Yet another dreadful customer service experience from a company that clearly has no idea what it is doing. Just received another pointless email asking me to clarify why I closed my account, which only proves they haven't read any of my previous messages. Spelled it out for them repeatedly that they are falsely advertising fast withdrawals. Provided the advertisement as evidence and they still pretend they don't know what I am talking about. Inability or unwillingness to acknowledge something so simple is embarrassing.

Worst platform ever
Worst platform ever. they force you to play real money to get the bonus! and if you make a withdrawal from the real money you lose it all.
Customer service is horrible. When I called them about my issue they told me they can't do anything (which means they have no control over their platform making it even worse)
I lost 1000CHF for a withdrawal of 29 (which was a test) and there was no warning that I would lose my bonus.
Terrible do not go there.
