Good quality equipment and an efficient delivery service. Just what I needed.

Really happy with the products purchased and the customer service was second to none. Big name companies could learn a lot from the customer service Starwood Sports provided me with. I made an error by ordering the wrong items so I emailed the team and received a very prompt response, they made an extra effort to rectify the order and helped in getting me what I actually needed. Will definitely be buying again from here!

My original order took place on 04/04/2018. On 05/05/18 I finally received what I purchased. It took over 1 month to get this whole thing straighten out. There was a mix up in my order; however Flo Delarcena took care of it very professionally. Their products are great but their shipping is the slowest I have seen so far. I've gotten things from China that got here a lot faster. That is all I have to say...thanks!!

AWFUL EXPERIENCE. I cancelled my order. Item never shipped, I never received item 12 days after ordered. Status never updated. Plus I just found out I could couldve ordered the roller on amazon for $3 less AND free shipping. AND had it in two days. Shame on you Starwood!!!

I did not receive my order, which I placed three weeks ago. There is no phone number to call for customer service.

Only a slight reservation here. After not seeing any movement on my order for several days, I contacted them. Apparently, their system told them I had cancelled my order when I hadn't. They verified my payment, got my order out right away, and refunded my shipping. I don't know if there was a glitch in the system, or some human error, but they should check into it to make sure it was just an aberration. They made right on it, and errors happen, so I would have no problem recommending them in the future.

I ordered spiky massage balls. The order came in just a few days and has a very handy carry bag. Works exactly as they should. Very happy I made the choice of ordering from Starwood!

I ordered a ring that was too big.
I emailed the company to ask about returning this and the reply I received was it's covered under a lifetime guarantee and they'd send a new one out.
A day later and it turned up via courier and fits perfectly.

My order was accurate and at my door 2 days later!

I used for the time yesterday, for my leg day. Thought through the first couple repetitions it wasn't worth it but then I really started to tell the difference and loved them. Added in the extra burn and resistance I wanted. I can certainly feel it in the areas I was lacking with just using weights. :)
