We’re really sorry for the late reply, and especially for how this felt from your side, we understand why the situation came across the way it did.
Regarding the delay you experienced, the 1–5 business day timeframe is our target, but around that period (including the holidays) we did face longer processing times than usual. That’s on us, and we’re sorry for the lack of communication while you were waiting.
It’s also important to mention that verification can only be completed once all submitted documents meet the required criteria. In cases where something isn’t quite right, it can unfortunately slow things down.
We want to reassure you that withdrawals are processed once verification is successfully completed, and we’d be more than happy to take another look at your case if it’s still unresolved.
