Stat Counter ignores all emails and stopped sending me my stats

Stat Counter used to be a good company. I've been with them for at least 10-15 years.

They always responded to my emails or tickets within a few hours and were very helpful. Wonderful service.

Well those days are LONG GONE.

I also always got my emails every week with my stats.

When I noticed I stopped getting emails for every site I have with them, I wrote them.

No response.

I even went into my account and contacted them from there, NOTHING.

It says they downgraded my account. What does that mean? I wasn't told anything. Why?

So now they are demanding money and they don't even tell you???

I have around 10 sites, I'm lucky if I get 3 emails now. Every few months they remove another site. OMG

Oh, and I'm blocked on evil WordPress from writing on their profile.

WP censors ALL negative reviews and stops me from talking to plugin devs. They even threatened me that I couldn't contact a dev via Skype when SK was still around.

What RIGHT do they have to tell me that I can't contact a dev ANY WAY I want. OMG, the tyranny.

They stalk me and censor everything I say on WP now all because I said a dev who was trying to charge me for a plugin I didn't use doesn't understand English.

I guess that's a criminal OFFENSE to say that someone who doesn't speak or understand English DOESN'T.

You aren't allowed to speak the Truth in this world ANYMORE. WAKE UP to what is going on, unless you applaud SLAVERY!

HORRIFIC company.

Nothing to do with stat counter except that I can't contact stat counter on WP anymore. Couldn't even leave a review. WP blocked it.

I would give 0 stars if I could

I would give 0 stars if I could. I pay all this extra money for playback and it never works. I open a ticket and they don’t do anything. I am paying extra for a service that never works.

This company has no customer service

This company has the worst customer service. The customer support agents are responsive and unprofessional. Additionally, there have been discrepancies in invoicing instead of correcting them and keeping a client. They want you to pay the invoice first and no credit or apology on their end. My trials were another issue. Instead of making a client's life easier, they have so much bad attitude.

Solid product

Solid product, love the stats and detailed information you get. Used to be a paying member but realised we didn't use much of the "premium" features so we're fine with a free account for now. Perhaps we're missing the appeal of an upgraded account.

Terrible Services

StatCounter, they are always down, there is always something with this company. Unbelievable it also cost 24 hours or even more for a fix. What kind of clowns are working there

Be careful when you sign up!

Sometime around mid-december I started getting obviously bad numbers from StatCounter which I would have tracked down except I no longer needed the numbers. I asked StatCounter for a partial refund but they refused to consider it. Motto: Be careful when you sign up!

I paid 150 euros for a yearly subscription. Once the statcounter server was down once. I said ok it can happen. Then, it happened a second time. Then, it happened a third time.
I just think that 150 euros is expensive for a server that is not reliable.
