2 different sized shoes: customer service will not respond to emails and calls get forwarded.
Unacceptable experience. No calls or emails back after they sent me 2 different sized shoes!!! I've called 3 times and after waiting on hold and claiming I'm the next in line, it interrupts claiming there's technical difficulty and forwards me to voicemail every single time I've called. No response other than an automated reply to my email.

This site is not bad at all
Once you know your size, you will be fine. I ordered quite a bit of stuff from them and all of my stuff was of good quality. It is best to order a size larger but that is with all sites except Lane Bryant and Lerners NY, etc. I am enjoying all my clothes and shoes.

Dirty shoes.
I love the shoes and all but the heel was very dirty on the side. It's had a yellow stain on it. For the Sandles most of the diamond on the shoes felt off, beside that the product was very comfortable....ill order more in the near future to see how it goes.

10dollarmall is 10 star quality all around!
I really love the variety and tone quality of the products currently offered on 10dollarmall.com. The shipping is fast and the prices are unbeatable. The only thing I would change is having more selections available for us XL girls and is women with size 9, 9.5, and 10 show wearers. I loge this store!
