The refrigerator electric heating element went bad on my 50 year old Dometic in my 50 year old Argosy. With little hope of finding a part that old I did a web search and State Trailer Supply had the part. A quick chat confirmed the match so I ordered and got it UPS 1 week later. Installed it today and hurray, my 50 year old refrigerator works on electric ( and LP!) Thanks for your help. Bill L. (In Virginia)

Only place in the whole country that had the parts I needed in stock! Since they are no longer made, I was elated to find that the SLC store had 5 in stock, but was concerned that the online inventory was outdated. The lady that answered my call actually went to the parts room and verified that they were indeed in stock. Extremely helpful and friendly service, good price, and reasonable shipping. I'm a satisfied customer!!

Love the stool, I had one previously but it broke and had try to find a new one. Customer service was great, and a quick delivery!!! I’m sorry to take off one star, the stool was a bit pricy.

I still have not recd. my purchase, and have had to come up with another solution. So I am going to have to return my purchase when they arrive!

So my motorhome burned to the ground I went to state Trailer bought a toilet took it home installed it. It leaked took it back the next day. They want to keep the toilet to check it to see if it’s leaking. I bought it the day before I don’t care if it’s leaking or not, they should give me a new toilet. I have no toilet or no place to live right now. This place are jerks. They treated me like crap. They did not replace my toilet. The guy told me to come get the toilet and take it out of there right now.

Great customer service. They pointed me in the right direction for a solution, and the motor worked exactly how it needed for fit and function.

My first order was delivered, but not to me. UPS driver admitted fault and at the same time his scanner messed up. So almost a month later, I ordered another one. So State trailer stepped up and said they would not charge me for the 2nd one, even knowing if the first one would ever be returned to them. That's some positive solid character right there. Good morals. Something lacking in todays world.

When I called to identify proper parts for my classic (1994) RV, I quickly received definitive information. On top of that the parts were in stock and shipped that day. Very easy to deal with the expert - in this case, Barbara.

State checked for us to see if a part would fit our trailer. They said yes and it does! This is our second purchase from them. Our first was a water heater that was hard to find. The second was a high elevation burner/orifice for it. Very helpful staff and quick shipping.

After placing order there was no notification of when order would be filled or a shipping tracking number. Two days later I had to email company and inquire about status of order and if tracking info would be supplied. Info was then sent to me.

This is absolutely my favorite trailer store. They have everything! My suggestion is to only shop in store, not online. They had something I needed I couldn’t source locally. I ordered from State Trailer Supply. Parts were $26 ish dollars. Shipping was $41. Once I received the box I looked up my small business rate with UPS. $12.36. The box was repurposed so no supplies cost. Listen, I knew the cost up front. I ordered. They are hours away. I just think they could work harder on their shipping rates. I’m sure they get a rate even better than mine! Just wanted to warn anyone ordering from them online. Like I said at the start, this is my favorite trailer store. Every time I’m there I walk all the isles even after I found what I was after!
