We were just passing through the area and had an unexpected medical emergency that required to stay here in the cold instead of continuing in our RV for a few hundred miles to a warmer climate. Our furnace started blowing cold air. We were unable to find anyone in the area to help on a Saturday evening and decided to see if we could find parts at State Trailer Supply and hopefully be able to fix it ourselves. Not only did Steve diagnose the problem, he was able to get the furnace to work! Thanks, Steve, you really are an angel on earth!! 5-star knowledge and performance!

$150 for Nothing!!! Brought my trailer in for service, advised them of what was wrong. Two hours latter they called saying they couldn't duplicate the problem. When I picked up the trailer they told me they did duplicate the problem for a minute but then couldn't again. When asked what service they provided they told me they hooked it up to power?!?! As I advised them when it was dropped off it had been hooked up and that had nothing to do with it. They then accused me of hooking up an entirely different connects incorrectly. Again when dropped off they were advised that connector in question was never hooked up, and as such couldn't not have been the problem. The service adviser then told me nothing they could do for me and to just pay the $150 and leave!!!!! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! DON'T GO TO THIS SHOP, THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT YOU, ONLY YOUR MONEY!!!!! I will be filing a complaint with the better business bureau as well as disputing the charge with my credit card company!!!!

I did have some friction over the long period of time it took to get our motorhome repaired. The main problem was repair parts were not ordered at the beginning when they received the MH and there was no follow up. Every time I would meet with the woman who was the Service Manager?? she wouldn't write things down or enter them in a computer so there was no way for her to keep up with what was happening. They need a better computer software tracking system and people who can keep track of the progress of repairs and make sure the parts are ordered and received in a timely manner. Some of the parts were not correct and no one checked them when they came in so re-ordering the correct parts only happened after I complained.
The Repair Technician was very good.

There service department wanted to do it their way and no other. Which from a customers point of view is definitely a negative. They claimed it would be insurance fraud. Well, my insurance cut me a check and didn't care who or how the work was done. To bad, another lost customer.

In store help is very good, prices can be found cheaper on line but you have to wait for it to arrive. They do have a lot of merchandise, stop in and check them out.

I have been treated most fairly and the staff goes above the call for service! I will continue to do my business with State rather than the dealership I bought my unit from. great deals to take care of the customer . thank you State Trailer Supply!!
