My laptop had become painfully slow, so I booked the optimization service. The results were great — startup is much faster, and overall speed has improved. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that the appointment was pushed back by a day. Otherwise, really satisfied!

I wasn’t sure how to set up cloud access across my devices, but their team handled it effortlessly. Now I can access all my documents and photos from anywhere — phone, laptop, even my smart TV. Everything syncs automatically. Super convenient and very professional.
