The customer service is amazing

The customer service is amazing, I have a real person on WhatsApp to help me with all my questions or problems, she response in minutes or hours, and this is really amazing.
Also the incorporation process was clear, understandable and very easy, the same with the account opening.
I'm really happy to find them on a internet search, I always have a real person, not a bot, who I can contact.
I have EU citizenship, the whole process was much easier than it would be there.

Good for a bank account for BVI company

Good and fast service for opening an account for a BVI company. Professional and understanding staff.
A little expensive (3900 HKD).

Exceptional Service and Professionalism for a Complex Remote Setup

I needed to set up a Hong Kong company for my new international e-commerce business.

Failed Account Opening and Unresponsive Support

A year ago:
I registered a Hong Kong company through Statrys. Before proceeding, I asked in detail about bank account opening and described my case thoroughly. Their reply was positive — they assured me the account would be opened without any issues. In the end, none of their partner banks approved the account.

Recently (2025):
I renewed their service to keep my company registration active for another year. After that, I emailed them a question on September 15 — it’s been two weeks and still no reply. That tells you everything you need to know about Statrys customer service.

It's so refreshing to have Chat/PHONE/ and AI all present in Fintech bank. They have been quick and sharp to respond. Coming from another competitor who has none of these its so nice.

This is how banking should be. Professional, courteous, efficient. What a positive experience with Statrys. Fully recommended.

And what an amazing contrast to established banks who inundate customers with piles of paperwork, long & obscure processes and sometimes pure disinterest and ignorance.
