Made an order on the 10th of December…
Made an order on the 10th of December and still haven’t received it 12 days later. I’ve tried to contact them via email and the chat on their website no help and no replies. No communication what so ever. Their website says it’s 2-3 days delivery for ROI and here I am 12 days later and nothing Santa gift for my son and Christmas is in 3 days! I wouldn’t mind it’s a very expensive purchase!! Wasn’t even given a tracking number! So disappointing

Stupid
1. The product is unnecessarily complicated to use.
2. Their website is completely misleading — it never mentions that the device only works outdoors. I live in Canada, so that makes it basically useless for me for most of the year. Because of this, I had no choice but to return it.
3. On top of that, they hide the fact that you’ll be charged extra shipping fees once it arrives. Their marketing is vague at best and intentionally deceptive at worst.
4. I ended up paying $180 just to return it, all because their website fails to clearly explain how limited the product actually is. In total, I wasted $250 shipping it from the UK to Canada and back.
5. To make matters worse, when I emailed them about the issue, they completely ignored my concerns. No support, no accountability — nothing.
Overall, their poor communication, shady marketing, and total lack of customer service turned this into one of the most frustrating and expensive experiences I’ve ever had with a company.

Honest review of Customer service
The concept of the tracker is excellent, and if the company had a true customer first approach, this review would be different. I am going to give only facts, and you can decide if this is a company you want to do business with.
I ordered the Apex+ online on Oct 13,2025. The charge on my credit card said StatSport USA. This is important that's why I am stating it. I received the tracker about ten days later. After receiving the tracker I get an invoice from Fedex stating that I owe import fees for the device. (I am an end user and bought this for my 12 yr old) I contacted StatSport USA and Fedex thinking this was a scam. StatSport confirmed it was real, and that I should have read the fine print on their website and that I am responsible for import fees to the US even though they charged me as a US based company (my credit card showed as StatSport USA). Custom service was not helpful at all, and it took them over a week to even respond to my emails. After several back and forth with them, I decided to leave a review on their Instagram letting people know to be aware of additional charges in the US.
The same day after leaving that review, my tracker stopped working. It would not reach the GPS satellites and kept giving me a Base-Dir error. I contacted customer service again, after almost a week they responded back and said another rep would reach out to me and try and do a firmware update. Almost a week later passed and I had to contact them numerous times to finally get the tech online. They tried to do an update but it still does not work. Over a month has passed since I ordered the product, and they made it clear to me that their rules only allow a 28 day refund policy. At this time the 28 days are almost up, and due to their slow response and no phone number to call, my refund period was coming to an end. This leaves me no other choice but to make a claim on my credit card that the product is defective and start a dispute. (On a side not, Apple card customer service is excellent, I will leave them a 5 star review). StatSport USA then sends me another email stating that they cannot replace the tracker because I initiated a dispute. They were going to send me a label to return the item, but since the dispute has started they have not sent me a return label or helped at all. I just want anyone considering this item to be aware that customer service is non existent after purchase. Their last email to me was to stop sending them emails because it will cause my emails to go to the bottom of the list and they are working on fulfilling new orders instead of helping existing customers because of their Black Friday deals. They have admitted that new customers are all that is important, and if you have a problem, they really don't care to help. I have all of the emails saved to back up what I am saying here. I am not looking for anything free, just wanted a functional tracker for my young athlete, instead my tracker was "disabled" somehow after writing an honest review. It may have been coincidental, but I don't believe in coincident. There are obviously more details that what I can write here, but just be careful when dealing with this company. If you don't have a need to contact customer service, then you may be fine. However as with all pieces of tech, things go wrong, and it would be nice to know that they were willing to help.

We’ve responded every time you contacted us; using multiple email threads and replying on different chains makes it harder to track progress and can delay handling, which we’ve explained previously. The customs and tariff charges in the USA are set by local authorities and the courier and are unfortunately outside our control. Please contact your courier or local customs office for confirmation of any charges.
Regarding the technical issue, our Tech and US teams contacted you outside their scheduled hours to help. When standard troubleshooting didn’t resolve the problem, we offered a replacement. You then opened a chargeback; we asked for the product to be returned so we can process the appropriate refund.
If you wish to correspond with us again, please respond via this thread and bear in mind previous advice we have given.

This company will not take any responsibility for the tracker not working or their extra fees they do not disclose. Please read their terms carefully, I could not find anywhere stating that a customer in the USA has to pay an import fee. I already paid for shipping, or qualified for free shipping. On the import form it states the tracker is worth $180 and an import fee of $29. That math comes out to $209. I paid $256.80, so any shipping and import fees should be covered. This company is trying to justify poor customer service.

refunded money for missed discount code
I received a a discount code for their product after already having ordered. After sending them this information they agreed to refund me the difference in cost I would have saved with the voucher.
No support after weeks – refund request ignored
I purchased an APEX GPS device that was delivered on October 14.
On October 25, I opened a ticket reporting multiple malfunctions. After more than 10 days, I received no meaningful response — only one automatic message saying the technical team would review it.
Today (November 7), there’s still no follow-up or assistance.
This level of customer service is unacceptable for a product in this price range.
I have requested a return and full refund, but so far there’s been no reply at all.
Very disappointing experience — device never worked properly, customer support non-existent.

Turns on but won’t connect to my phone nor laptop or pc I’ve tried multiple times and multiple different was reading for hours through websites and tutorials even consulting an ai to walk me through the process after all of this still nothing it’s useless and now I have to save to buy a different one as this one is busted.

Great product although I have miss placed/ had my tracker stolen this can not be tracked ( frustrating also ordered a new 1 has been delivered but have to speak to customer service to have old tracker removed but no response can not call tried live chat no response the process is very frustrating and still no resolution at this point
