Pots are just put in a tray in the box.
I have used the webshop a couple of times - mainly because of the huge assortment of perennials. Far larger than anything I can find locally. The plants delivered are of varied quality and some only small plugs in early spring. The packaging is horrible though and last time the plants received was delivered in one big pile in the box. Not one was still in its pot and a few didn’t survive. It should be said that I didn’t complain through customer service so I actually don’t know if they would have replaced part of the order. I know the handler is partly responsible but plants could be packed much better.
