Don"t work with this outfit .They took advantage of me and for over $6000. they were gonna refund me for that amount but I haven"t gotten it.They did not protect me.

They said they were Mcafee. I did not authorize a 300.00 charge, as my Mcafee was paid up for the year. I filed a dispute with Discover and they just denied and are charging me. I also contacted paypal and they had heard of this as well. Stavecomm has sent me a bill for 700.00 since.

This company is nothing but a scam. They claim to represent McAfee but McAfee has nothing to do with nthem and they bare aware that Stavcomm is mis-representing them. The guy that calls will say his name is Gary, Mark Inglis, Walter, Rayman, or Derek. However he most likely the owner himself, Ankur Chawla. The guy is nothing but a crook and a real dufus. He will lie about anything just to try and scam you. DO NOT have anything to do with this company. The BBB is on to them and they have an F rating with them. They are so stupid that they keep calling my number still trying to scam me. I told them to go F themselves.

Thank you so much for your expertise in helping me with the issue on my computer. By going with Mozilla, it has made it a lot easier to manage my e-mails. The problems I had with the other Techs could have been handled a lot easier if they would have mentioned to get rid of Outlook and just deal with Mozilla. You brought that to my attention, therefore making me realize that it was better to get rid of Outlook all together. Thanks again for you help.

I could not get my computer started. No how, no way. I thought I lost everything. I called them in and boom, boom, boom, a couple of clicks, they had me up and working. And there was no charge. I wrote a nice letter to their boss.

I luckily purchased this services for myself. Had bought ASUS computers for older two with no problems. Had to replace this one two times! Finally went with this company. Thank heaven I bought the support!

scam and thief

When I was using other software, I came to this website for no reason. But fortunately, I checked carefully before paying and found that it was not the website I wanted. What's going on. What's even more unbelievable is that I can't get into this website now. But just a few hours ago, I almost paid them my money. I hope I can figure out what's going on here. Are you guys in this together. I still have a lot of questions.

they represented themselves as Mcafee. Charged me $300 for the so called 5 year mcafee software. They are liars and stole my money and information
