Terrible terrible Service
Terrible terrible Service! Both my big orders came in separate packages instead of one big package and the first lot that came there were parts missing from the lawn mower and still haven’t receive them.. plus there was a half eaten strawberry in the box? Second order there was parts missing again from the dyksag parts still haven’t arrived. That’s me done with staypro I will never buy again from them or recommend anyone to buy

Jeg forstår at du er skuffet. Når du handler og det står "sending innen 5-6 dager", forventer du at det er korrekt. Nå ble dessverre produktet ditt forsinket. Hvis vi visste at det ville være det, ville det ha stått noe annet på nettsiden. Under pandemien har det imidlertid vært spesielt vanskelig for enkelte leverandører å få tak i materialer på grunn av mangel på materialer over hele verden. Det har også vært transport forsinkelser rundt om i verden på grunn av pandemien.
Det ønsker vi selvfølgelig ikke å skylde på, men det er et viktig faktum å huske på. Du har selvfølgelig mulighet til å kansellere produkter som er forsinket fra oss når du får vite om forsinkelsene. De ytre faktorene jeg beskriver ovenfor har selvsagt påvirket oss og deg. Dessverre kan vi ikke gjøre mer enn det.
Jeg ser at du nå har mottatt dine produkter og at alt er i orden.

While their pricing seems to be pretty competitive, it has been a month, and I have only gotten the order confirmation. None of the products, no updates, and no package tracking. For a European-based company, this is not a very good sign, and the only similar experience I have had is with Chinese-based companies like Banggood and Wish.

I understand that you are disappointed. When you shop and it says "shipping within 4-5 days", you expect it to be correct. Now, unfortunately, your product was delayed. If we knew that would be it, there would be something else on the website. During the pandemic, however, it has been particularly difficult for some suppliers to obtain materials due to a lack of materials worldwide. There have also been transport delays around the world due to the pandemic.
Of course, we do not want to blame that, but it is an important fact to keep in mind. Of course, you have the opportunity to cancel products that are delayed from us when you find out about the delays. The external factors I describe above have obviously affected us and you. Unfortunately, we can do no more than that.

I hadn't get my tools and you already sent an invoice for the product I don't have. That's terrible. The delay of tools is more than one week and I'm not sure at all if I'll get it at all.

I see that you ordered the product on 2/3 and it was sent out from us within 24 hours as promised, ie on 3/3 when the product was in stock with us. I can see that there have been delays in the mail which has made it take a little longer. I see that today you received the package from an agent.
Next time, you are welcome to contact us when you receive the invoice because then this means that the product has been sent. An invoice is never sent until the product has been sent from our warehouse.

The handling and sending of my purchase took enormous time. It was almost 20 days between ordering and sending. Didn't pick up the package because got the device in the other place. Moreover, the parcel has been delivered at wrong post office.
