Avoid at all cost…

I bought two items and paid a fortune for delivery from the US which was my choice and the items were a gift. It took 27 days to arrive and only arrive with one item but that was also not what I had ordered and still missing the hoody. The packaging details the two items that are enclosed but like I said one item is missing. I have tried to email but no response but I want my money back. Any help in this matter would be amazing. I feel totally ripped off.

So slow

Takes almost 3 weeks to process orders! Their clothes are not cheap and shipping takes a long time!
