Ordered a part for my car window from Amazon and the seller is staytop. I was sent the wrong item and when I contacted the seller they sent me through a series of text and photo messages. Even requested my vin number and after a weeks worth of that I was told they would refund me ten dollars and to sell the part myself. I don't know what kind of customer service that is but they will never have to worry about ordering anything from them again and I am advising everyone I know not to do so either. My friend was about to make a purchase from Amazon also for her car but I stopped her. Just go to the party store where you don't have to get stick with something you don't need and then have to sell it on your own.

Products just as described, fast shipping and package secured very well. They even included some free samples in my package. Still haven’t tried the products but as far as ordering and receiving goes, i am very satisfied. I recommend 10/10 👍🏻
