Ordered shoes in September 2021 and still not arrived. I've asked for my money back but they say be patient.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I would not recommend from here I ordered 2pairs trainers 3months ago still not arrived tracking is to Cardiff and now nothing I'm very upset, you just can't afford to lose money like this

Ordered trainers months ago snd still not received them and when I email to ask where they are just get told to be patient due to COVID there’s a bit of a wait, which I understand but I have tracked them to the uk and now nothing. Totally fuming 😡

Shocking customer care. Ordered 2 pairs of shoes after consulting their size chart. Size is wrong so asked them for an exchange - they will NOT exchange. They also did not acknowledge the “Consumer Contract Regulation” which I referred to. With the increase in online shopping I do not think that this company will last long unless they show some real “customer care” DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Ordered two pairs of trainers from this site.They arrived a long time after i placed my order.They are not what the description said. I am very unhappy and want to return them but no return label.

I ordered some Orthopaedic walking shoes that took nearly 4 weeks to be delivered, when they finally were delivered they were a cheap flattened material type pump with no resemblance to the advertised item that I paid for, I have asked for a refund via email and they have refused due to the item not being damaged however this was NOT the item that i ordered and the packaging was disgusting. These are from CHINA... I will be taking this to the TRADING STANDARDS, its an absolute joke. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE...

Not even worth one star, plastic rubbish, not orthopaedic, total rip off and took forever to arrive

Disgusting cheap copy trainers, I ordered two pairs of orthopaedic walking trainers 4 weeks ago, and when I opened the bag the trainers were full of glue and very small, and of very poor quality.
They are definitely not arched soles as they said they were. Totally a scam company please avoid.

Ordered shoes that stated diabetic orthopaedic walking shoes took 3 weeks to arrive didn't look like picture and i couldn't get my foot in them. I contacted them for return and refund they offered me $6 which i refused so they upped it to $7 again refused then said thats all they can do total scammers also say they are uk based but the shoes come from the US now it's as though the site don't exist

Avoid!!!!!! would be my advice to everyone. I waited 3 weeks for these trainers to arrive and they were meant to be orthopaedic and weight sharing wonder trainers and what I received was cheap copies of what their ad showed and certainly not orthopaedic ,I couldn’t even get my foot in them,so I sent this to their support team and they didn’t want to know,after saying what have I told do now ...can I get refund? They offer 3GBP which must be £3 I take it? Wish I read reviews before ordering.

Derserve no stars cheap rubbish shoes not specialist in orthopedic at all. No customer service at all. They sent me the wrong size for one pair claiming it is as I ordered but they must be so illiterate they can't read the difference between 38 and 39 I even sent photo of the 38 and they are still telling me I ordered 38 instead of 39 when my order summary notes 39. Absolute scammers, website needs to be taken down. DO NOT FALL FOR THE PRETTY ADVERTISING ALL FAKE and selling cheap plastic footwear. Not orthopedic at all.

Fist time I placed an order . 3 pairs of footwear were order all the same size. 1 pair was right but the other 2 pairs were to big , customer service said as the correct size was ordered they will not do a refund, not happy as they are too big , that’s £40.00 gone down the drain ..see the comments below from the reply I received back from them ..

But we did send the correct items you ordered, so it won't be supported to return or exchange.

PLEASE DO NOT ORDER THROUGH THIS COMPANY. IT IS A TOTAL SCAM. ITEM NOT WHAT ORDERED TOOK WEEKS TO COME FRIM US NOT UK. CHEAP NASTY CHINESE SHOES ARRIVED, WRING SIZE. COMPANY JUST SAYS YOU ORDERED CORRECTLY NO REFUND. DISGUSTING.CANNOT LEAVE LESS THAN 1 STAR. THEIR COMPLAINT TEAM IS NON EXISTENT.

Utter rubbish after waiting 6 weeks find they come from Chine into America ,then U.K. wrong size when arrived ,tatty packaging and very poor quality . I have written to them asking for a refund and how to return them as I will not be paying to return them though doubt very much if I will receive a satisfactory reply. Consider them real scammers

Ordered a pair of trainers that I was expecting to come from England where it says they are, but no when I finally checked the tracking as it was taking so long to get my purchase it was telling me that it had just arrived in the USA. I contacted the seller by email and they just kept sending me the same tracking number I had.
They are definitely scammers. I finally looked into them properly and they have changed their name a number of times, and have loads of bad reviews from customers having the same problem as me.

Terrible scam site and even worse customer service. I ordered a pair of shoes advertised on Facebook along with a discount. Trainers took ages to come and arrived in a bag, covered in glue and unsuitable for use. Cheaply made and did not look as advertised. I contacted company and they said I had received what I had ordered so I was not getting a refund nor could I return.
