Excellent customer service

Response time, follow up, and follow through was all top notch. Follow up was immediate from the time I submitted my inquiry to John Paul calling me. From there he was responsive via email and phone and he did a good job of accommodating my availability and schedule to speak. He was quick to answer questions, make updates to parameters and coverage, and all interactions were great.

Renovating Rental Property

We worked with Steadily to get insurance on a rental property that we bought and were going to renovate. We worked with an agent who was super familiar with flipping and renovating properties, and he was helpful in guiding us on what we needed to do. I would work with them again

They changed the scope and price of coverage within a month

Don't sign up with a company that will change their coverage right after you sign up. I received an email from Steadily a month after signing up with them telling me they were cancelling one of my accounts immediately and that another would be cancelled if I didn't make repairs within 30 days. It was easy to communicate with them when everything was getting set up. Once these problems developed it became impossible to get to a person on the phone.
