Rip off merchants at their best! Well done guys

My Microsoft Surface Laptop break after 2 weeks, battery down. I was emailing and phoning with them and microsoft 3 months, but no solution. Here is the last answer from Buksterdeals:
"We are really sorry that there is an issue with the laptop. However, as per the listing you purchased the laptop knowing that these laptops were purchased in bulk and we could not guarantee that there is a Microsoft warranty. It is also past the 30 days returns period.
Therefore we are unfortunately unable to accept the return."
Do not recommend ordering from Buksterdeals!!

Awful!!! Bukster deals got its Ebay account hacked and I accepted their fraudulent offer. The next day Ebay removes the offer after I already paid. Bukster deals is since then ignoring all my messages !! (Ebay case open) Order paid, nothing sent, and just letting me down. Go away from this vendor !!! You just can t trust them !

I ordered a birch tree from them but there was some confusion over the size once I received the item. However, they very kindly sent me a new, larger tree free of charge! Such kind customer service!

I forwarded an email and received no response.

Ordered a table&chairs for sons Xmas, ended up not turning up. I phoned them, emailed them numerous times and didn’t get any response. Just aswell I paid with PayPal as they refunded me. Do not recommend ordering from here!!

I ordered my item about 3 weeks ago and it still hasn’t even been confirmed.

I have not received my order. I tried to contact them within an hour of placing the order to cancel as I could buy the items cheaper on Amazon. Firstly by phone, no answer, or answering service, then by email, twice. I have still received no response, no communication whatsoever, despite asking for a reply, nor have I received my items on which I had paid next day delivery charge. As a result of this experience I would warn against using this company, as now I am still chasing either my refund or my items. This is not good enough.

Item was not as shown online. Sent the item back for which I had to pay for as no returns policy & 4 months on I’m still get to have a refund or a response to my emails. Will never use them again

Purchased the Disney table and chair set which arrived within a few days. Wonderful and excellent quality, my granddaughter loves it. However there was a small problem with one chair. Contacted steal a deal who were so helpful and sent a replacement chair within a few days. I have informed family and friends about this company and will definitely be using them again.

Ordered the unicorn table and chair set off Amazon. One of the chairs was damaged so contacted Steal A Deal direct. Excellent service from Danielle who was v apologetic about damage and sent out a replacement chair on next day delivery.

What a lovely and efficient company. Ordered from eBay and left positive feedback immediately on how speedy the service was. After leaving feedback I noticed the item wasn’t working properly so contacted them about it. Danielle contacted me immediately and reassured me she would sort the issue and true to her word she has. Nothing was too much trouble and I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

I required a replacement twig tree due to an electrical fault. I was very impressed with the customer service from Steal a deal. No questions asked, new tree delivered next day with an added sorry note and some sweets. I would definitely recommend.
