I put in a XMR -> LTC swap which ended up taking 3 hours to complete and paid out 13% less ltc to xmr
Prior to the swap being completed a support agent offered a refund, which i accepted and he confirmed hed get it going. Shortly after they tell me the refund actually isnt possible and they send me the litecoin
Ivarr the support agent made sure to waste plenty of time, being unhelpful, dismissive, and misleading.

According to our records, you were initially provided with incorrect information regarding the exchange status, and a refund was mentioned. However, by the time you contacted support, the exchange had already been in progress and coins have been exchanged, and the funds were awaiting payout confirmations.
Therefore, you've been provided with our sincere apologies.
The delay occurred because the payout address you provided could not be used by our liquidity provider, which required an additional transfer of funds to complete the payout.
It is also important to note that the exchange was processed fully automatically.
If the rate deviation from the estimate had exceeded 5%, the exchange would not have been completed by the system. Additionally, the final amount differed from the estimate by less than 5%, which is an acceptable deviation for a Floating-rate exchange.
We kindly ask you to take these facts into account and remain objective when publishing feedback, so that it accurately reflects the actual sequence of events and does not distort the factual information.

I want to clarify an important point for anyone considering using StealthEx.
I initially believed I had been scammed by StealthEx, but after contacting their official customer support, they were very responsive, professional, and genuinely helpful. They took the time to review my case and explain what had happened.
Unfortunately, the issue did not come from StealthEx itself, but from a fake imitation website that looks very similar to the real one:

I unknowingly used this fraudulent site and lost funds as a result. This is entirely on the scam site, not on StealthEx.
I am leaving this review mainly to warn others: please be extremely careful and make sure you are using the official StealthEx website. Double-check the URL before making any transaction, as these scams can be very convincing.
To StealthEx’s official support team: thank you for your transparency and assistance, even though the issue was not caused by your platform.

Daisy from StealthEx keeps emailing me and there's no way to unsubscribe. It's driving me mad. Leave me alone.
Edit: received an email from Trustpilot claiming this review was for a different business but its clear that it isn't given they know the emails being referenced. I never approached or reached out to StealthEx and they have been sending me emails every two days, I want nothing to do with them but apparently ignoring them isn't good enough and they do not have any way to unsubscribe which is why I've reviewed them here. I wouldnt trust the reviews too much either given how actively they try to remove poor ones.
