I like the product and the people were willing to help me repair it

I talked to Tyler and he was absolutely great to do business with. He was very patient and very professional. He was kind and didn't mind answering the abundant amount of questions I had. He made me feel comfortable about ordering from steambow because I was skeptical about it due to having a hard time getting someone to answer the phone when you call. I hope they get better on that issue another thing is i wish that stay stocked up on arrows because everything is out of stock and that scares me. But you can still find arrows on line. I just rather get mine from steambow. But over all the m10 is fantastic and I would recommend steambow to anyone and I will continue to do business with them. Thanks steambow and all who make it possible to have great items. I Thank you Tyler for your kindness and great expertise and for making sure I was well taken care of. Great company great products.

The web could be more user friendly when looking for parts. And the shipping price is absolutely ridiculous. I’m not gonna pay $6 for an item that cost $16 to ship. A item under 1 lb. Absolutely ridiculous. Please list more of your items on Amazon. I refuse to buy with that shipping price.

Delivery was fast. But protective ring was broken for folding adapter. I submitted a warranty and never got an answer back…

Received my package quickly. It was missing an extra string and when I notified Steambow they corrected it immediately and sent another one and a hat :)

I love the products but I’ve been emailing customer service for weeks with no response. Their customer service is nonexistent. I’m very disappointed with customer service.

Steambow stepped up to help with an after sales issue related to my M10, which fixed the problem. A company's integrity shows the most after the sale has been made, and they've shown to be integral.
