The item well delivered.
Until now I did not have a chance to use this product until now due to I am still traveling.
But I know the product as I use it before and it is excellent product.

I am returning this item..steamery said they will pick up the item due to its size. It's been arranged by them to come pick it up every day and every day they say it will be btwn 9-14.00 ..this is now day 9 of them arranging to come, and everyday passes but no pickup happens..i spoke to their manager on fri, I was promised a pickup yest and here we go again no pickup. What a disaster of a company, so happy to be returning this rubbish to their rubbish,poorly run company

Broke just outside two year guarantee window. Was not expecting to replace but would not offer any advice to repair or troubleshoot. No regard for environmental impact of items that break down despite premium price tag. Would not repurchase.

I’ve only used the Professional Steamer once so far so can’t really give a proper review, but I did steam my coat to freshen it up and it did fluff up the material and ironed out all the creases in the satin lining. So far I am very impressed.

Beautiful looking product, sadly mine hasn’t worked since first use. Tried all the various recommendations for cleaning, maintenance and charging. Still no joy, unfortunately I’ve received a faulty product.

I borrowed the fabric shaver from a friend as I was very unimpressed with the one I had. I was amazed at how good this one was & de piled all my jumpers quickly & efficiently. Consequently I bought one for myself!

Decent product but packaging a triumph of style over substance - impossible to get the contents out without cutting the box open and will now have to find something else to keep it in.

Delighted with the Fabric Shaver; the design is stylish and of a quality finish. Most importantly it is truly effective in dealing with piling, having used it on expensive woollen and cashmere garments. The goal of the manufacturer was to create definitive balance between performance, ergonomics and design. It has succeeded.

Answered all my queries, ordered Friday afternoon and received Saturday. Absolutely spot on service- and the product is excellent too!

Excellent product - I’m thrilled to bits with it. I have a Steamery clothes steamer as well which is a must for caring for clothes without dry cleaning or over-washing. They are worth investing in.

Great product and delivery service

So I purchased Steamery steamer a few years ago. Although I don't use it often (honestly I've only used it like 5-8 times before I saw the first sign of issues) and it's always been in a cupboard. But after a year, a part of the plastic shell is broken without an impact and dropped down, But I thought it was just unfortunate and maybe it was me, but then after another year, the shell started melting and the colour started coming off. And now there are three parts broken...and the whole thing is literally falling apart soon. Please be aware of the quality of the product before you buy it. I don't think they use the right and safe material for the shell of the product which doesn't withstand the heat which causes melting and breaking down. The design looks good but the product doesn't last at all. And it also causes safety concerns.

I wrote an email to Steamery HQ to express my disappointment and they were being polite and understanding. And they even initially offered me a refund or a replacement which I didn't expect it. Of course I accepted it but then I was diverted to UK team which was where I bought the product from an then I got a different, cold and robotic response and since then I have no response from them.

Well I mean I don't mind they did not offer me a solution in the first place and I would just have accepted an apology. Initially I just wanted to point out the issue so that they could improve. But now it just made me more disappointed when they said they would kindly offer a solution but then they broke the promise and just ignore me...
