I rarely leave reviews like this because I usually believe most issues can be resolved. However, here is my honest experience with both the process and the company.
First, I have to say: I love the design, the vibe, and the overall aesthetic of the products. They are genuinely beautiful—the colors, the shapes, everything looks premium and well thought out.
However, I made a mistake when ordering. I clicked too quickly and accidentally ordered the steamer and the fabric shaver in the wrong colors. I thought, “No problem, I’ll just go to my account, cancel the order, and place a new one.”
That’s when the problems started.
First issue: there is no account management on the website. In 2026, you cannot simply log in and cancel or modify your order—you have to send an email. Strange, but fine.
So I followed the process and sent an email explaining the situation and requesting a cancellation. I received no response. Meanwhile, the order shipped.
I then checked the return policy and discovered that I would be responsible for return shipping costs—even though I had tried to cancel the order immediately and customer service never responded.
So I emailed again. This time, I got a reply saying they were receiving more requests than usual and that I should not reply to the email or send another request because doing so would send me “to the back of the queue.”
What?!
So I waited. One week. Two weeks. Three weeks. No answer.
At that point, I contacted my payment provider and explained the situation. We opened a case. The company never responded to my provider’s emails either.
Two weeks later, the products arrived. I kept everything untouched because I still expected to return it. Eventually, with no response and no trust left in the company, I decided to keep them.
Thankfully, I had purchase protection through my payment provider and was reimbursed that way.
So, are they trustworthy? Honestly, no.
Now for the products themselves:
The fabric shaver is actually great. It feels solid, works well, and gives a premium impression. A bit expensive for what it is, but overall, I’m happy with it.
The steamer, however, is a huge disappointment. It is surprisingly heavy, the water tank is tiny (you have to refill it every few minutes), and the steaming performance is nothing impressive at all. For that price point, I expected much better. It looks beautiful, but it is highly inefficient.
Would I recommend this brand? No.
And just to make things even more absurd: I finally received a reply to my original email… 1.5 months later.
At that point, it was simply laughable.
This whole experience feels like a joke.
