I used this service in advance of a 5000km road trip with friends. Fantastic experience from start to finish. The finish and wax on the wash was so good that my car stayed relatively clean for a month long trip all the way down to France, over to Italy, back to France, into the mountains, and back to Copenhagen, IN THE WINTER. The water from the rain just rolled right off, and continues to almost a month and a half later. It was so convenient to have this custom clean done at my home, and I was thrilled to not worry about the automatic car wash scratching my paint, yet again. Will absolutely be using this service regularly.

Professional and effective and available with one day's notice. The car is super clean even though I have a dog who left a lot if dirt and hair. Very satisfied.

My original appointment didn't show up and I had to call after half an hour of waiting. It was rescheduled for the next day, and they came almost 1 hour late.

The cleaning was mostly fine, and the car is odorless; but when one pays over 1000 kr for an in-depth car cleaning, one expects it to be perfect or almost perfect. It was quite far from perfect, there were many small and not-so-small details that were not cleaned in many corners, the inner part of the frames of the doors were not cleaned completely, the passenger seat floor was not completely vacuumed... all in all a long list of at least 30 separate places that were not thoroughly cleaned. I would be happy to share the pictures of all these unfinshed details.

If your appointment does not happen on a sunny day, be ready to spend at-least 30 mins drying the car interiors post cleanup service.
Also gold package is for namesake, there is hardly any visible effect on the car interiors.

Steamfoss cleaned my New Bentley last week. The standard to cleaning is average. The wheels and windows were only partially cleaned. What is worse, they have scratched my piano black dashboard in several places and now denying it was them. Unfortunately I have to take this further through the courts. Use at your own peril

This is the best mobile cleaner in London, bar none. He is puctual, meticulous, thorough, polite and obviously takes great pride in his work. And, also, it is an eco-friendly clean. After years of using expensive and mediocre companies we are so happy to have found Steamfoss!

I do not think you can have a faster and more efficient service. The amount of work Faisal managed to do in an hour (and the result) is impressive. I hope these workers get a fat bonus!

Very excited to get my car cleaned, but unfortunately was the cleaning very sloppy. The slides for the seats was not cleaned neither was any of the corners in the car. The back of the seat was no steamed although I have ordered a wash of the seats. This lists is long and the company have not reacted to my email one weak after, although the short headed guy in the customer service asked for pictures to be send.

Top service! Just got a new old car, which looked like it had never really been cleaned properly before, so I decided to get it professionally cleaned with steam, inside out. I decided to go for the all-round, which included a summer package - I was asked if I wanted to add extra seat cleaning, but said no thanks as I didn't need it. I was also advised that I wouldn't really need it as it wasn't too dirty and hoover/steam would get the job done just fine (I mean usually companies DO NOT say that and are always so pushy, not Claudio, he was so nice!)
Claudio called me in the morning to ask if I was free a couple hours earlier - I had initially booked for 13:30 (booked the evening before!), but he arrived already 11:45 and it was perfect! Great service, and my car looks and smells great. The front has a damage in the paint, and I asked Claudio to be careful, but to try fix it a little so it's not too obvious. And he did! I'm so pleased with the result and especially during this unprecedented time, I'm so happy I made the decision and paid 799DKK for a proper deep clean. It's not something I would do too often, but it's super easy for me to maintain it now.

As a first time customer, I was more than a little embarrassed to show Ali round my Land Rover Defender, which has had a few adventures (plus some long periods being left unused) in the last 16 years - all without a decent interior clean. I needn’t have worried. He is friendly, professional and very, very good at cleaning everything: Moss growing on the window seals? Lichen growing on the paintwork? Mould on the seats? Mud that came in through the gap under the door? Algae on the mirrors? Not a problem. Ali worked carefully and thoroughly for nearly 5 hours - and the results completely surpassed my expectations. He turned a farmyard tractor into a smart and hygienic family car. I highly recommend this service, and consider it excellent value.

The service was outstanding. I booked cleaning for my cabriolet Beetle and not only that they came in the same day and a bit late in the evening, but they also showed me the issues and asked for permission to fix them explaining the price difference and process. Ali and his colleague were very nice and worked really hard for 2,5 hours to fix my car. The roof got clean again and the leather seats looked like new! I’m very satisfied with the outcome and the price difference for the hand removal of stains and polishing was well deserved. I’m planning a new cleaning in the spring to their facility to get even a better experience and fix the car after the winter is passing. Also... one more detail... I just washed my car at Shell and it gets really clean again! That shows that they did a great job and it is lasting. Thank you for your hard work and see you again!
