Rude and unprofessional team
This company has an impressive portfolio on their website - So I reached out to ask if they can do a simple project ( literally a piece of steel plate with a slight bend), unfortunately it seems that @steelmastersnyc aren't really "masters". Not only are they rude in response via email but when I asked for a recommendation for someone who could do the simple steel project some guy responded with "no idea" thats it. Clearly this team is not very professional, nor pleasant to communicate with. Even if they took on the project - I would never want to work with them especially with this kind of attitude. Work on your customer service guys. "You catch more flies with honey than you do with vinegar" - you should be grateful that someone reached out to consider your company to work with in the first place.
