Wonderful experience…
Over the years I have ordered different things from this company: dog house, bunk-bed for the kids, closet etc and now looking to buy a garden shed or gazebo.
Every time I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the products and the price-quality ratio.
But the biggest surprise was yet to come.
As our kids are getting bigger and are getting their own room, a few weeks ago we decided to separate the beds so they can each move their bed in their respective room. Unfortunately we accidentally broke one of the side panels of one bed so it couldn't be used anymore.
Upset by our own mistake and unwilling to throw away an otherwise very nice bed, I decided to contact the company to see if they can repair it somehow, or send a replacement panel, even thought I saw on the website that that specific model is not anymore in stock.
I was very happy to receive a mail back, letting me know that they would send a replacement panel AND free of charge. I was shocked. I don't know if this it is the fact that I had in the past bad experiences with other customer services of other companies and wasn't expecting much, but I was very happy to have such a nice experience with this company.
I already recommended Steiner shopping to people, due to the good furniture and price-quality ratio, but now I will also recommend them for the excellent customer service!
