I ordered a coat in April 2021....sent many many emails....no reply...I even paid for fast delivery which I said I didn't want...but they took it anyway...no stars from me...please don't order from this site!!!!!!!!

Ordered on the 20th April still no shoes.
Money came out my account straight away bit no goods.
I have emailed loads with no response.

Same result as everyone on here - tracked delivery taken, no shoes arrived… I have however successfully disputed through my bank and got my money back! Also given the address of the fake company, which is a postal drop off place in Santa Fe! Go through your bank, explain it all, show them proof and hopefully they’ll reclaim the money for you. Glad Facebook have removed the scammy twits - let’s hope everywhere else does too and they get caught and charged!

I have just found and read all the dreadful reviews about Stella Smith Shoes, and withdraw the one star. My story is exactly the same as everyone else. Ordered a pair of pretty shoes $29.99 with "free tracking". Paid on cc'd. Get an email confirming my order, then a second email straight away taking another $19.99 for "International Tracking" unauthorised by me. Immediately I emailed them to cancel the tracking charge and to refund the $19.99. You all know the rest ..... I've emailed loads of times, no response, no refund, NO SHOES! By the time you realise you've been scammed it's too late. I bet the scum are basking in the Caribbean on all our money 💰😡

Definitely a scam I never received the coat I ordered. Shopify are meant to be investigating but nothing. Why should they get away with it and still be trading.

Scam. I agree with previous reviews. I also paid for shoes and tracked delivery in April and still waiting for them. My email has not been responded to. Do not buy from this company.

I ordered some shoes on the 19th April 2021. We are now on the 2nd July and nowhere to be seen.

My experience match all the other reviews, I paid for the shoes and tracked delivery, without my acceptance. I have sent lots of mails and received no answer. Scam, don’t ever buy from this company.

I ordered shoes on 19th April paid by credit card and paid for tracked delivery - $50 dollars in total.

I have emailed via the contact form on the website and the gmail address which I got a bounce back.

Absolutely shocking taking peoples money, the site should be shut down!

I ordered shoes from here on the 12th of April still haven't received them ...and no tracking number sent despite e mailing several times ..don't order from Stella Smith website

Do not order from this site. Never received a coat i ordered and was overcharged for delivery. Cannot get a response either.. avoid this site.

Ordered from them on April 11th . They took my money plus 20 euros extra for tracked delivery. Have emailed them numerous times as to why I have not heard anything about my goods. No response.

This company (!!!) has taken my money along with hundreds of others and disappeared off the face of the earth. (I WISH) Please please don't fall for the professional looking web site. Its all part of their trap. They WILL take your money but they WONT send you the goods and they WONT reply to your emails. I only wish I could meet them face to face.

I ordered via FB on 14th April 2021.
As other people have noted, I was charged for international tracked delivery, even though I had not ticked the box. I e-mailed immediately about this, but there was no response.
I have since emailed as I have never received the shoes, but get absolutely no response.
I can no longer find them on FB, either, so assume that they've been removed from there. Wish I'd paid by PayPal - this company is a scam. AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!

I actually rate them 0. As with other reviews I was charged for tracking although I didn't opt for it. 6 emails left unanswered and item still not received 6 weeks later. Would be grateful to hear if anyone has succeeded in recovery cost of purchase?

Absolutely awful. Do not use. I too was charged extra for tracked package, untraceable. Do not answer emails. Will try and get money back.

Used the company via Facebook and paid extra for international tracking.. which is also a scam in itself as you tick a box if you want international tracking which i never ticked but it was automatically added, over 3 weeks and 3 unanswered e-mails later enquiring when I could expect the item to be shipped ...nothing. They seem to have several different e-mails for contact. Avoid!!! Absolutely raging 😡
