Excellent service, excellent communication and an excellent product. Swift responses to emails and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, the item was delivered within a couple of days with no issues at all. I would highly recommend and will be a returning customer.

I bought this for my daughter but I then borrowed it for going on vacation, it was only then I found out the Mercedes cable does not fit on the socket and the plug cable stops the cover closing.
My daughter has a Volvo XC 40 hybrid and I have a Mercedes A250 E
Ok further update on the issue above i have been contacted by Stella Charge and offered a full refund so excellent service by them.
They are aware if the issue on some charging cables being larger and have a larger socket being manufactured to suit them.

Ordered an extension cable and the plug didn’t fit. Called and another one was sent out without any fuss. Fantastic customer service.

Easy website to navigate, Product I chose was perfect and very well made. Packaged well and very fast delivery with excellent communication on the journey.

“Granny” extension cable- I emailed the company to ask about suitability and they were very helpful. They sent me the cable I required on trial. Would have arrived the following day except Royal Mail had ”problems”.
Cable is of excellent quality, slight problem in closing the cover on the waterproof socket casing due to the thickness of the Volvo charger cable plug. I think it just needs some of the rubber seal trimmed down a bit and it will lock fine.
Overall a very good product, excellent service and a very good price.

Good product, well packaged and works mostly as expected. The RCD on the extension cable makes it super safe but impossible to use with timer based charging for taking advantage of off-peak electricity rates. I have to press a button before I go to bed. Rates kick in at 11pm so I either stay up late or have to charge the car for an hour or so of peak rates. But the RCD does provide reassurance of safety. Updated to 5-stars as company explained the limitation as safety first, which I appreciate is more important.

The extension lead came well packaged to protect from damage on transit.

Unfortunately the item wasn't quite upto my needs. But rhe customer service team soon sorted my refund! Will be getting a different cable from here as soon as possible

High quality cable, I'll keep this in my car along with the granny charger! Exactly what I needed.

Very good massive cable quality materials better then normal outside weather proof extension lead but need checking a 3pin plug cover materials may need more massive material because if you want charging your ev with 13amper countinusly 5-6 hours, then may can overheating and melting the 3pin plug what happened with us, but othervise after speaking with campany what happened then sendig us straightaway brand new full comlepte 10meter lenght ev car extension lead without charging us so well Yeah we recomended for evrybody who planing using ev car and want charging at home and need extension lead really trustworthy campany!
