Upon signing up for Stellar Fi, about 6 months ago, there was no real improvement to my credit score. The score went down dramatically, this was the only new change. Just now getting back to where it was originally, before the StellarFi. Issues with login, pausing account, support communications, and billing. Not worth the monthly fee. Better options/products to raise credit score.

I like that there's a free trial so that you can see if it will work before you you have to pay. You also get to see your projected credit score improvement, which is pretty nice. It's nice being able to build credit just by using the existing bills I'd pay anyways.

I am actually enjoying StellarFi quite a bit. But it was quite unclear on the website when you guys would actually report results to the credit bureaus. I had to actually join and find out through experience that the reporting only happens once a month. While I respect that decision, I do wish that it would change and that you guys would either report weekly or bi-weekly results to the credit bureaus. I also wish there was more explanation between the different tiers of membership that you can get. The side by side comparison page doesn't exactly explain everything that I need. I wanted to know specifically how the Premium and Prime memberships made your credit limit go up. I now see that each bill you use to pay through stellar fi, raises the limit by pretty much the same amount as each bill. I wish that was explained more clearly before I signed up for a higher membership tier.

I now see that the decision to join a higher membership has helped my credit though.

After I pay a bill through Stellarfi, I wish that the money being withdrawn from my bank account would happen more instantly instead of days later. I also wish that I could have more than one bank account attached to the StellarFi account. I wish to assign certain bills to certain bank accounts. That way I can separate my business and personal expenses better.

When l started with this company l had no credit score for over 30 years. Then working with them l added my monthly bills and my score went to 658 and was approved for a credit card and a month later l am in the 700s. This would not happen without StellarFi.

It's been a wonderful experience so far my score has went up like the said it would I hope progress continues to get made...Thanks StellarFi

I really enjoy a lot about stellar.
Not much negative to say. Only issue is I'm not sure if I'm actually using stellar for my bills because it never notifies me. I get very few notifications about my bills being paid by stellar

I love that I don't have to keep up with my bills as Stellar does it for me, and I get good credit building out of the deal as a big bonus to getting out of my bill-paying chores!

Great service for credit building.

No significant changes in FICO score. Second. It is extremely difficult to reach anyone from StellarFi. The juice really is not worth the squeeze

That the app keeps track of all bills, that it totals and that you see the monthly progress. Also the customer service is helpfull. Truly live people would be better.

When I was in college, I destroyed my credit! I never thought I could recover. StellarFi made it so easy to rebuild my credit just by linking a few recurring bills. My score is now 747. Thanks StellarFi!

I honestly can’t believe how quickly my score has gone up from using StellarFi. I went from 640 to 745 and my high credit limit goes up every time I pay a bill. It’s so nice to be able to build credit without using a credit card and having the risk of going into more debt. Another side benefit besides improving my credit score is that I can easily see when my bills are due which helps me budget better. I tend to forget when bills like Netflix and stuff are coming out lol. Overall StellarFi has benefited my financial situation a lot, even in ways I didn’t really anticipate which is rad
