Horrible service

Horrible service, they have auto renewal, and after you sign the first year, they never contact you again, as they know you paid for a year.

Stella Connect is a flawed product

Stella Connect is a flawed product. The reviews for my company have only one line item for the stars that can be entered by our customers. There is no feedback provided to other departments other than email or service. No feedback is provided to marketing for misleading ads or failed promotional codes. No feedback is given to our distribution center for endless fulfillment delays. No feedback for late or damaged deliveries to our in home delivery team. No feedback to the lack of parts to our distribution center. No feedback to our inventory management team that discontinues items that are already ordered. No feedback to our personalization team that places crooked and small PZ on a backpack. No feedback to management for not providing our customers sale price adjustments or retro promo codes. In short, our service and email teams gets orders from our customers that are unfixable and the service or email response team has no chance in getting a high Stella score.

Craig is the poster boy for Stella and our company, Williams–Sonoma. On the website, stellaconnect.io ,Craig boasts “team members feel even more valued and confident in their job and this positive impact can be seen through lower attrition.”. Nothing could be further than the truth!! When Stella 4.6 was implemented, our turnover rates in our email response team went from 70% a year to over 200% a year.

The only thing that I am confident about Stella is that it will cost me my job and the job of hundreds of ERT and service employees in WSI. Everyone in service and ERT hates Stella. We also despise and loathe Craig and his sidekick Sarah for implementing Stella. They are the ones who need to be fired, not us!
